"Are you okay now?"

I nodded. He bought me a bottle of water and placed my head on his shoulder. Pinunasan niya ang bawat luha sa mata ko at sinubukan akong patahanin. I've calmed down now, compared to earlier.

"Do you want to go home?" tanong ni Cairus.

Tumingin ako sa kanya. Honestly, I don't want to. If I go home now, I might just wallow myself in pain again. I had enough of that.

I shook my head.

He slowly nodded. "Alright, wanna sleep in my condo? Sleep only, don't worry. I'll ask permission from Tita Eli."

I raised my head and looked at him. He seemed really concerned and bothered about this. Hindi ko nga aakalaing uuwi siya ngayon, dahil wala naman siyang sinabi. He was just in the hotel room earlier when I talked to him! Hindi rin naman ganon kalapit ang Italy, kaya paanong nandito na siya ngayon?

"Aren't you at Italy? Bakit ang bilis mong nakarating dito?" tanong ko nung medyo nahimasmasan na ako.

He continued wiping my tears with his hanky.

"I was in Singapore, earlier." sagot niya. "I just wanted to be in a country near you, so I can go if I can't help it anymore."

Oh, that explains why.

I called Lacey and told her to bring my bag for the meantime. Pumunta kami ni Cairus sa condo niya at pinatulog niya na ako doon. My head hurts already and I feel really emotional.

Nagising ako sa sunod na araw na amoy ang mabangong aroma ng pagkain mula sa labas. My senses heightened and felt hungry. I immediately went out of his room, wearing only his t-shirt and shorts that he bought for me last night. It felt a bit free and relaxing here.

I saw him by the dining table, preparing the meal from a paper bag. Akala ko, niluto niya iyon dahil sa amoy nito. It looks like he just bought it from a nearby place.

"Hey, good morning..." he smiled.

I gave a small nod and sat at the chair.

"Here's your food." Tumingin ako doon. It's a breakfast meal from a nearby cafe. I blinked and watched him prepare it for me.

"I don't know how to cook so I ordered, instead..." he said shyly. "Here you go, eat. I also made a tea for your hangover."

Inasikaso niya ako at pinaupo. This side of Cairus was something that I never saw before. Lagi kami nagbabangayan at nag-aaway paminsan-minsan, pero hindi ko aakalaing ganito siya. He's not naturally a caring and clingy person, but he's seems like one right now. Masama na talaga ugali niya noon, that's why I find it hard to believe that he's like this towards me.

Cairus is a little bit similar to his brother in terms of looks, but his features look more european. Si Troy kase lamang ang nakuha sa Mama niya. Cairus looks like Tito Laz. Italian and bluer eyes.

He looks handsome while wearing only a white shirt and shorts. Kahit sa simpleng ayos, hindi mo maiiwasan ang mapatitig sa kanya. His nose is pointed and perfect. Eyes are a shade of sapphire blue and a pair of red soft lips. His jawline is evident and he also has dimples like me. Kulay tsokolate ang buhok niya at tama lang ang pangangatawan. That's what made him the MVP hearthrob of Brierwell.

Even though he's handsome like what the others say, I never saw him as someone I can have a relationship with. Umamin na siya sa akin noon na gusto niya ako, and Kale told me that Cairus likes me ever since then. Pero wala talaga akong maramdaman na kahit ano sa kanya. My heart still chooses Prince, no matter what I do.
