"There better be wine in there," you said, holding hands with Pete as he carried a picnic basket, its contents unknown to you.

"You really think I would forget wine?" Pete replied.

"I wouldn't put it past you," you teased.

Pete nudged you in the side, "That's not very nice, Y/N."

You smiled to yourself, not saying anything. Pete was taking you to a movie in the park event tonight and you were looking forward to just sitting on the grass, eating, drinking, and snuggling up next to Pete once the movie started.

"Does this spot look okay?" Pete said referring to a spot towards the back of the park under a large tree. You assumed that he wanted to sit towards the back to avoid recognition, especially since he was with you. Luckily the two of you had avoided any paparazzi or headlines in the news which was good, but you knew that this could change at any second.

"Picking the spot in the very back of the theater. You're not very slick, Davidson. This is the oldest trick in the book."

"What, so you don't want to ignore the movie and make out the entire time? I thought girls loved that," Pete joked.

"We'll see. Let me get some glasses of wine in me."

The two of you laid out the blanket before sitting down and digging into the food that Pete brought.

"Thanks for bringing the food. And the wine of course," you said.

"Yeah, no problem. I still don't really know what you like so hopefully everything I got is okay."

"It's perfect," you said, leaning down to kiss Pete who was laying on his side, facing towards you, propped up on his elbow.

You and Pete continued talking, eating, and drinking for a while as you waited for the movie to start. It wasn't long before a group of girls, probably around the ages of fifteen to seventeen, came up to you and Pete, giggling and whispering among themselves.

"Hi, Pete. Can we get a picture with you?" one of the girls said.

"Yeah, of course," Pete said as he stood up. You also got up, assuming that you would be the one taking the picture.

"Who's this?" one of the other girls asked. It wasn't in a rude way, more like an OMG who is Pete Davidson going to a movie in the park event with?

"This is my friend, Y/N. She can take the picture of us."

You waved to the group as Pete introduced you, "Yeah, just let me know which phone to use."

"Well, if you're Pete's friend, can we have you in the photo too? Only if you want to of course." the first girl said.

"Umm, yeah, that's fine with me," you said, looking towards Pete to see if he was okay with the proposition. The smile on his face assured you that it was fine.
