"Fuck this week, I need a drink," you said to Aspen over the phone as you got into your car. It was Friday and you had just gotten off of work at your internship. Between school and work, your week had been absolutely exhausting and you were so glad that it was girls' night, knowing that a drink at the local bar with your three best friends was the only way to cheer you up.
Well, there was one other thing that could cheer you up and that was hanging out with Pete. Fortunately, the two of you were planning on going mini-golfing Sunday afternoon so you only had to wait two more days to see him. The waiting was quite unpleasant though, especially since the two of you hadn't had a date last weekend because Pete was busy filming for a movie that he had a small part in.
"Girl, I feel you. This week has been a shit show. Remember 8:00 PM at Henry's and we'll get some drinks for all of us," Aspen said, referring to the local bar that the four of you always went to.
"Sounds perfect! Okay, I'm going to drive home now but I'll see you in a few hours."
"Okay, bye, Y/N! I love you and can't wait to get shitfaced tonight with my favorite girls in the world!"
"Love you too, Aspen," you laughed as you hung up the phone and then drove home.

"Okay, Y/N, too bad you already got yourself a man because I already know that you could pick up any guy in here looking like that," Tessa greeted you with a hug as you entered the bar.
"Thanks, Tessa. You look smoking hot in that dress," you replied.
Aspen and Raven also greeted you with compliments on your appearance which made you blush.
"Too bad Pete can't see you tonight. You look fucking gorgeous," Aspen said.
"Yeah, I'm sure he would want to do a lot more than just kiss you if he saw you in that dress," Raven added. You had told your three best friends about the kiss and they couldn't stop bringing it up in every conversation.
"Here, let's take a selfie and you can send it to your boyfriend," Tessa suggested.
"He's not my boyfriend," you said.
"Give it a few weeks," Raven responded.
You rolled your eyes before Tessa took a selfie of the four of you on her phone before sending it to everyone.
"Okay, now you better send that picture to Pete," Aspen said.
"I'm doing it right now, give me a second," you said with a laugh.

You sent the text along with the selfie to Pete.
"Let's take some shots and then dance!" Tessa exclaimed.
The four of you each took a couple of shots before making your way onto the dance floor. You danced together as a group for a while before Tessa left to dance with a guy and Raven found a cute girl to talk to at the bar.
