"Hi, two all-day wristbands please!" you said as you and Pete walked up to the ticket counter.

You paid for the wristbands before the attendant handed them to you, "Have fun!"

"Thank you!" you and Pete said as the two of you walked away.

"Okay, which wrist do you want it on?" you asked Pete.

Pete held out his left arm and you put the wristband on, making sure it wasn't too tight.

You pushed up the sleeve of the white sweatshirt that you were wearing under your denim overalls so that Pete could do the same for you.

Once he had secured the wristband around your wrist, you smiled up at Pete, excited for the date at Coney Island that you had planned.

"Ready?" you asked.

"Yep," Pete said, grabbing your hand as the two of you started walking around, looking for a place to get food from as the two of you hadn't eaten yet.

"Corndogs?" you asked, seeing a stand nearby.

"Sounds good to me."

You and Pete ordered food and drinks, Pete insisting that he pay since you paid for the wristbands, before continuing to walk around the park with food and drinks in hand.

"So, which ride do you want to go on first?" you asked once both of you had finished eating.

"Something tame or else I might throw up on you which I don't think would be good for our relationship."

You let out a laugh at Pete's comment, "What about the swings?"

"Perfect," Pete said as the two of you got in line, excited for the first ride of the day.

After getting your wristbands scanned, you and Pete sat down in swings right next to each other.

"I hope you aren't scared of heights, Davidson," you teased.

"I'm scared of a lot of things, but heights are not one of them," Pete shot back.

"Okay, well, if you get scared, you can always hold my hand," you said, a teasing smile on your face.
