"Does anyone want red wine?" you asked. You had invited Raven, Aspen, and Tessa over to watch SNL tonight because it was your turn to host since the new tradition of watching the show together began.
"No alcohol for me. I went way too fucking hard last night and am currently regretting it," Tessa said.
You and your friends had gone out drinking for girls' night and it got a little crazy. Tessa had a nasty hangover but everyone else was doing alright considering how much all of you drank.
"I'll take a little bit," Aspen said.
"Me too. Thanks, Y/N," Raven added.
You walked into the living room area and placed three glasses of red wine on the table before sitting down on the floor.
"Hey, we can make room for you up here," Raven said, referring to the couch that she was sharing with Aspen.
"No, it's fine. I know I don't have a lot of furniture. Plus, I kind of like the floor."
Raven smiled at you before Aspen and Tessa bombarded her with questions about the new girl she was dating.
"What's her name? How did you two meet? When do we get to meet her?"
"Oh my gosh, you guys, calm down. We literally just started dating!" Raven said with a laugh, "But her name is Jess and we actually met through work."
You, Aspen, and Tessa continued asking Raven questions about Jess, wanting to learn as much as you could about the new girl in Raven's life. Once you got as much information out of Raven as you could, it was your turn to be bombarded with questions.
"So, how are things with Pete?" Aspen asked.
"Really good. I visited the studio on Thursday and it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and I hope that I can see them again soon."
"That's so fucking cool, Y/N! It's definitely a good sign that he took you to his work," Raven said.
"How's the sex?" Tessa asked.
You laughed at Tessa's question, "It's great, thanks for checking in, Tessa."
"I'm just saying if he isn't making you come then you have to drop his ass. No matter how famous he is," Tessa said.
All four of you started laughing at Tessa's comment.
"Trust me, he's doing more than okay in that department," you said with a smirk.
"Hell yeah, girl! Oooh, the show's starting in like two minutes! We should cue it up," Aspen said.
You grabbed the remote and turned on the TV, making sure it was on the right channel for SNL.
"I'm so excited!" Raven exclaimed just as the Cold Open began.
You leaned back against the couch and pulled your knees up to your chest as you settled in to watch your boyfriend on TV.
