Kim Yeo-Reom's Pov.

I don't usually eat jjajangmyeon with people who blackmail me, but just this once I made an exception.

It was completely silent inside the garage aside from our slurping, In-Ju long gone, giving up on trying to break the door down after she realised no one was going to let her back in.

I was slightly glad she left before the delivery driver got here because no one likes sticky, cold noodles and no sane delivery driver would have gone near her.

"Do you like danmuji?" Chan-Yeol mumbled quietly,

I startled a little, a stray noodle falling back out of my mouth into my bowl before I glanced at the serving of yellow pickled radishes that I hadn't yet touched, "Yeah..."

Chan-Yeol nodded once before picking up three slices of radish with his chopsticks and placing them on top of my noodles, "Eat."

I eyed him carefully, accepting the food without fuss. We hadn't spoken about the In-Ju situation, and we hadn't brought up the fact he seemed to have tried to stalk me.

Chan-Yeol ate a little more before sighing heavily, wrapping the remainder of his noodles into a ball around his chopsticks and moving them into my bowl, "Don't misunderstand, I'm not trying to be nice. I just can't deal with awkwardness and I'm not good at apologising."

I picked up one of the slices of radish between my chopsticks placing half of it in my mouth, muttering, "What are you apologising for? Blackmailing me or the fiancée?"

Chan-Yeol snorted, taking a gulp from his beer before offering it to me, "I'd hardly call it blackmail. I just looked you up."

I kissed my teeth loudly, slamming my chopsticks down, "You're a special breed of crazy, aren't you? 'Looked me up', what bullshit," I picked up my chopsticks again, shoving noodles into my mouth angrily, "Crazy bastard. It sounds like you tried to hack a whole police database."

Chan-Yeol raised a brow, lowering his chin into the palm of his hand as he leaned on it, sipping his beer slowly, "Maybe I did."

I leaned over to grab the beer from his hand, ignoring the fact that he was already moving to give it me, "By any chance, are you a stalker? Did you follow me home the other day after we left the hospital? Because I know for a fact my home address isn't registered anywhere and all my mail goes to the chicken restaurant down the street—"

I stopped my rant when I found Chan-Yeol sniggering quietly in front of me, covering his mouth to try stay serious,

"You're laughing? Really? This funny to you? I'm trying to figure out if you're a stalker or a pervert or both and you're laughing?"

He held his hand out, shaking it, trying to swallow his laughter but his voice came out incredibly strained, "I'm not laughing."

I took another swig from his can, slamming it down on the table as he began to laugh openly, his eyes bright, "Are you that happy with yourself? Crazy psycho."

He nodded, clutching his side as he tried to muffle his laughter by digging his knee into his face, his smile contagious and his eyes crinkling as he looked at me.

I pushed the bowl of noodles away, making a mental note to take the leftovers with me when I left before cramming the rest of the pickles into my mouth, "I hope you choke on the air you're breathing, Stalker."
