does anyone else like cuddle and hug their pillow because it's like... comforting and nice? because i do that all the time

gon has actually never consciously lay in your lap. after a long day of fishing and having a picnic, he'll lean his head on your shoulder once he gets drowsy and only time will tell. after a little bit his head will slowly begin to fall and land on your lap. it never fails to surprise you but his sleeping face is possibly the cutest thing you've ever seen, so you can never be mad at him. you give him a light peck on the top of his head and run your fingers through his spiky black hair.

killua much prefers to sit on your lap. you'll be playing video games on your gaming desk and he instantly feels the need to interrupt what your doing just to get some snuggles. he'll walk up to your gaming chair, shake your shoulder a little bit until you give him attention, then he starts climbing onto you. he sits down on your lap, wraps his legs around your waist, wraps his arms around your neck and nuzzles into the crook of your neck as you keep playing. he'll talk to you, or rather, muffle his words and hope that you understand. you'll just have long conversations about nothing while he snuggles up to you while you play video games.

hisokas way of laying on your lap is kind of strange. his full body is laying sideways, so if you were to pick him up, he would be held bridal style. he'd often be playing with your hair or fidgeting with your hands while talking about something he's passionate about. for example, bungee gum. he'll be laying down on your lap while going on and on about his nen ability and how much he loves the candy. or he'll also tell you about his playing cards and magic. you know that he loves getting to talk about his favorite things, because no one ever and no one has ever let him talk about his favorite things before. you find it rather adorable how excited he gets when he gets to ramble about his bungee gum or magic.

ok this ones for you chubby bitches out here. kurapika simply ADORES chubbier people. he loves getting to rest his head on your thighs and a little bit of your tummy and hold your hands in his and look up at you with the most loving gaze a person could give. he also loves to curl up next to you and lay his head on one of your thighs as you read to him, slowly putting him into a peaceful slumber. he loves how soft and motherly your skin is, he simply can't get enough of your ever-caring touch, when you caress his face or comb your fingers through his blond hair. it reminds him of being held by his own mother. it's one of the few things that brings him total peace.

you already know that this man has his face squished between your thighs. he'll be resting the top of his head right below your stomach, and squish your thighs with both of his hands while you ruffle through his hair and scroll through your phone. he much prefers when you aren't wearing long pants because hello? your thighs are soft as hell. so when he tells you that he wants to cuddle you'll change into a pair of short cloth shorts and a comfortable and loose top. he loves how soft your skin is. he's probably sent kurapika a picture of him being squished between your thighs and kurapikas probably send a picture back of him laying on his
s/o's tummy and thighs.

illumi tends to sit on your lap without warning. he'll say something very bluntly and just sit on your lap like it's nothing.
he'll say something like "i'm cold" then sit on your lap and shove himself into your sweater to get warmer faster. he'll also lay his head directly on your chest, squishing his cheek into your breasts. yeah sure you'll think it's weird the first couple of times but he can't really tell the difference, since he just wants to be close to you, so you let him slide and hold him close since that's all he wants, despite not being able to exactly express it.

mr chrollo here, he's not laying in your lap normally either. it seems to be a pattern with the adulttrio. the pair of you are laying down in bed, you laying on your back while his head is squished atop the bottom of your tummy. every few minutes he'll either switch his head position or squish his face into your tummy even more. you find it a little weird but whatever makes him happy.

aaaaaaand that's about it for this one :) i started this little google doc called "things to tell my therapist part 2: electric boogaloo" and safe to say it's going pretty well. i'm also gonna try shifting to the promised neverland tonight so that's fun :)
