Hyunjin's POV
I stare at Wonyoung as she laughs
"You're so funny unnie!" she slapped my arm but I didn't complain and just chuckles
Her phone suddenly beeps and she stopped laughing then look at her phone
"What is it Wonnie?" I asked her
"They're asking me to come over Yuri-unnie's house. Yujin-unnie is also there"
"Let's go then" I stand up and offer my hand for her which she gladly accepted. I helped her to stand up and I expected her to let go of my hand but she didn't, instead she interwine our fingers and smile at me
"Kaja" we got out of the abandoned building and walk side by side. It was a silent walk but it's not awkward at all. There is a comforting silence between us as we walk towards our neighborhood.
We're casually stealing glances at each other as we walk. It's getting colder so we walk faster until we reached Yuri's house. She put in the passcode and open the door. I saw them turn to our direction with Yujin standing up. I saw her frowning when she saw me making me smile a little.
"Unnie what are you doing here?" Minju asked
"It's a secret" I said and turn to Wonyoung
"You should talk to her" she glance at Yujin and look back at me
"It's better to fix this immediately" I pat her shoulder
"Thank you unnie" she suddenly hugs me that caught me off guard
"For what?" I hug her back and rub her back gently
"For listening to all of my nonsense"
"You're welcome Wonyoungie" we broke the hug and I bid them goodbye before going back to my house
I step my feet inside my house as I take off my coat. I momentarily froze when I saw the mess in the living room. Boxes of pizza, bag of chips, soda bottles and cheese wrappers scattered around the living room.
"Oh my fucking god" they turn to me and realize the mess they made
"Hyunjinie" they smile at me innocently making me massage my temple as I close my eyes
"Y'all clean the mess up or else I won't let you come here again" I hang my coat and make my way to the kitchen to get some water
"Hey" I jump a little when I suddenly hear a voice behind me, she chuckles and lean on the counter while watching me
"What?" I pour water to a glass and put the pitcher back in the refrigerator
"Why did Wonnie asked you to come? What did you guys do?"
"Nothing" I drink the water in one gulp
"You were gone for 2 hours and you two did nothing? I'm not buying it" why is she interrogating me all of a sudden
"We just talked Heejin" I lean on the counter and stare at her
"Just talk?" I nodded
"She and Yujin fought and asked me for some advice then we just talked and I walk her to Yuri's house which is just next door" I said and she's looking at me like she's still thinking if she's gonna believe me or not
"Okay then" she turns around and walk
"Hey" I followed her and put my arm on her shoulder as I mess her hair
"Stopppp"
