Hyunjin's POV
"Here bunny" I handed the bag with premium Korean beef to Wonyoung
"Ya ya that's the most expensive beef you can see in the convenience store" Yena said
"Yes and what about it?"
"The things you do for Wonyoung is so" she tilt her head a bit
"You can't even treat the whole team a Gatorade" Yena added making me chuckle
"I'll buy the whole team energy drinks on the up coming practice, okay?" she celebrated and I look back at Wonyoung
"Thank you unnie" she showed me her sweet smile making me smile too
"Ah shit I can't take this. Our maknae is really in love now" we heard fake sobs making us laugh. Yes she's in love but not with me
"And umm... Minju... I'm so-- I'm so-" why can't I just apologize to her?
"Aish this shit won't do just take this" I toss the frog plushie to her and walk out of our house. I think of a place to go for a while and my eyes landed on the house next to ours.
I smiled and walk towards it. I pressed the door bell a couple of times before the maid came and open it.
"May I help you?"
"Who's there Ms. Seo?" we heard Chae's crunchy voice coming from the staircase
"Hi Chae" I greeted her
"Oh it's fine Ms Seo she's my friend" the said Ms Seo bow at me and left
"What are you doing here?" she asks as I step inside
"Y'all have some food here?" I went straight to their kitchen and open the fridge
"You have no shame" she follows behind me
"Oh yeah" I said shortly and found some food. I put it inside the microwave and heat it up.
"So where did you and Heejinie go?" she asked
"At the beach" I answered and take the glass of water from her, drinking the remaining water in it.
"You like her don't you?"
"W-what?" I avoided her eyes and look at the microwave instead
"C'mon Hyun we've been friends since grade school and dated for a quite long time. I know you so well and I can tell by the way you look at her that you like her" I sighed and look at her. She's right, she knows me too well, there's no point of lying
"Well yeah"
"I knew it" she gave me a sly smile
"So you and lil sis just fake dating or you're being an asshole playing with someone's feelings?"
"We're fake dating, she likes her bestfriend and I'm just trying to help her make her bestie jealous" I took out the baked mac and cheese from the microwave and place it on the counter
"Since when did you became like this? You literally don't help anyone back then. Where does my rude Aeongie go?" I chuckled and feed myself with the food in front of me
"People change you know. It's just you who doesn't, you're still the bratty Chaewonie"
"Chae--- oh Hyunjinie!" oh it's Soul-unnie. She hugs me and messes my hair
"You didn't tell me you're coming over"
"I didn't plan to come over but I just can't bring myself to apologize to Minju that's why I'm here"
