Chapter 12. going back to the beginning

A/n:  Okay so, I'm too lazy not to have gone back to edit the ages but... I've decided that Piper found out she was pregnant at 15, gave birth at 16 and Finn's close to 17.

A whole year later and Finn and Piper have yet to be adopted, Finn was about to give up and make a little house for his girls, but as that thought popped into his head, two people decided to adopt them. Millie and Iris. Piper cried when she first met them because she was reminded of Amy, her ex best friend and how she had to tell her she's now adopted.

"And we're here!" Iris said to the kids as she parked outside their house, Piper had one year old Molly on her lap. "Do you need any help with bags?" Millie asked, "No, I've got it it's okay." Finn replied, the first time hearing his voice since they met. Piper, Finn and Molly got out of the car, taking their luggage out of the boot. "Mama!" Molly said, showing that she's hungry. "I know baby, I know, you can have something to eat inside okay?" Molly nodded and looked towards her dad before looking at the house she's entering when on her mother's hip. "Have you adopted any other kids?' Finn asked Millie and Iris, "No just you two, unless you don't want us to say we adopted you yet because it's still early?" Iris questioned, "Oh I was just wondering because last time I lived with a bunch of kids." Finn replied. Molly opened her arms towards her dad so Finn could take her which he did, "Hey Molly girl." Molly giggled at that, she fell asleep on the car ride over, even though she loves car rides, they make her sleepy. "Do you want to see your rooms?" Millie asked with a nervous tone, both Finn and Piper nodded.
"This is Molly's room." Millie said opening the door that lead into a big, purple room. "Parpleee!" Molly says happily, trying her best to say 'purple' whilst pointing at the walls, "That's right Molly girl, that's right!" Finn said happily to his daughter, making the others laugh. "And your room is right next door, so if Molly needs you at any time it won't be hard to get to her room." Millie explains before opening the door, Piper smiling at the pair. Finn and Piper's room has a nice big double bed, "You have the picture?" Finn asked Piper, she gave him a look saying, 'what do you think, of course I do.' Finn set Molly on the bed when Piper took the picture out of her bag, Molly climbed onto her mother's lap, "Bella!" Molly exclaimed, Iris and Millie were told the story of what happened when Piper gave birth, "Yeah, that's your sister." Piper said, tears threatening to spill, her finger tracing over Bella's face. "Can I-" Piper asked, going to put the picture on the night stand, "Of course!" The older couple answered. As soon as Piper put the picture down, tears came from her eyes, Finn hugged her from behind asking Millie and Iris, "I'm guessing you know the story." Iris spoke up then, kneeling down in front of them, "Yes we do and if you need us to do anything, let us know okay?" Piper nodded before quietly answering, "Okay." Whilst wiping her tears away. Molly started climbing of her lap but Piper picked her up standing up, "Do you have any snacks for her?"

An hour later Finn and Piper are found on the living room floor playing with Molly, she suddenly threw a toy of her's across the room with a huge smile across her face, "No, Molly we don't do that. Okay?" "Oki." Was Molly reply and Piper couldn't help but smile, Piper was going to pick the toy up but Finn beat her to it. "Hey, so we don't have any strawberries but we've got bananas." Piper and Finn looked up to see Iris finding fruit in the fridge. Piper picked Molly up and brought her to the high chair, "Ow."  Piper said when she tried buckling Molly's buckle in the high chair, "Pipes let me try." Finn said, "Okay." Piper answered, Finn managed to click it together with in seconds and gave Piper a look, "Shut up." Piper said jokingly but Finn kisses her sweetly for a second. They sat in the chairs next to her and Piper started to feed her daughter the bananas.

It's now the night of their first night in their new home, but Finn is not going to get comfortable this time. "Hey so, there's this friend of our's across the street who has a daughter around your age Piper, and we was wondering if you'd like to meet her tonight?" Mille asked, at dinner, Piper and Finn looked at each other before answering, "Sure." they answered in unison. "That's good." Millie added, and the four continued dinner until they heard cries. "I'll get her." Piper said, "Pipes it's fine, you need to eat." Finn said, Piper couldn't do anything because Finn stood up fast. Piper hasn't been eating properly in the last few weeks, even though they got decent meals at the centre they were at.
"Hey Molly girl, sshh it's okay." Finn cooed as he took his girl out of the crib, putting her on his hip, calming her down. Molly kept crying but mumbled, "Bella." The only word she can actually say, "You wanna see Bella?" Finn asked and Molly nodded her head, Finn wiped her tears away before going to his and Piper's room. When he got there, he sat down on the bed with Molly still crying, he got the picture of off Piper's night stand and held it in his hands so Molly can see.

"Everything okay?" Piper asked her boyfriend when he came back from calming their daughter, "Yeah, she just wanted to see Bella, everything's okay Pipes." Finn reassured her by squeezing her knee, Piper sighed and then the door bell went. "I'll get it, you guys keep eating." Millie said,  "I'm proud of you." Finn whispered in his girlfriend's ear, Piper gave him a questionable a look, Finn suitably pointed to her plate, which was empty. Piper smiled at him sweetly and felt Finn's lips on her's for a moment. Iris listened in on this,  'I'll have to question this if it continues.' She thought to her self. "Piper, Finn? This is Olivia, the girl I told you about, the one that lives across the street." Millie says, "Hi." Finn says, "Hello." Olivia replied, "Hey." A quite mumble came next to Finn, Millie introduced the couple to Olivia. "Hey, a couple of my friends and I are hanging out at what we call the 'hang out spot', wanna come?" Olivia asked, "Sure, Pipes?" Finn asked his girlfriend, "Maybe another night, I mean someone has to stay here and look after Molly." Piper said, "Who's Molly?" Olivia asked right before one year old Molly started crying again, "See, I'll see you later." Piper said standing up to comfort her daughter, "Pipes." Finn said, standing in front of her and finding her waist, "You sure?" the blonde asks gently, "Yeah I'm sure. I'm gonna check on Molly now" "okay, I love you." "I love you too, have fun." Piper said before Finn connected their lips, "But not too much fun." Piper muttered against her boyfriend's lips, "You know I won't until I come back." Finn whispered, pecking her lips three times and letting the last kiss lingered for as long as they dared.

"We have to walk from here if that's okay?" Olivia asked Finn as she parked the car in spot he doesn't know, "Yeah that's okay." Finn and Olivia became friends whilst on the way to the 'hangout spot' they bonded quickly, it reminds him of his friendship with Lily. "Ooh Olivia has a pretty boy tonight." Olivia and Finn heard as they walked towards a group of people, "Shut up!" Olivia laughed, as the two got closer to the case. "Finn, these are my friends." Olivia introduced Finn to her friends, "So, pretty boy, where you from?" Sapphire, one of Olivia's friends asks, "Well me and my girlfriend are from Canada." Finn smirked rising an eyebrow, Olivia laughing at the end. "You have a girlfriend?" Sapphire asked, "Yep, for 2 years now." Finn answered to Sapphire. Finn became friends with Olivia's friends pretty quickly, but Sapphire wouldn't stop hitting on him and she kept calling him 'pretty boy'. The group are at a lake site near a bridge and Finn was leaning on the rail watching the water go by. "Hey pretty boy." Sapphire said standing next to Finn, her back against the rail while looking at him, "Would you stop calling me that?" Finn laughed, turning around, mirroring Sapphire's position. "I will, when I meet your girlfriend." "You don't believe me don't you?" Finn asked, looking at Sapphire, "eh." Finn rolled his eyes jokingly, "So your staying with Iris and Millie?" Finn totally missed the feeling of her hand brushing over his, "Yeah, but I don't wanna get attached to soon. I got attached with my last family and it just turned to shit in the end." Finn answered honestly, before Sapphire talked again, Finn's phone binged. "Who are they?" Sapphire asked pointing to the babies, "This one Molly and that one's Bella." Sapphire smiled sweetly at Finn, "Wait so they're your daughters pretty boy? At 16?" Finn rolled his eyes playfully, "Yeah, that's why me and Pipes live up here to be honest. But Bella isn't with us anymore." Sapphire looked at Finn in the way Piper looks at him, the blonde answered his message;

P: Just put Molly to bed, love you buba
F: Okay baby, wish her good night from me, I love you too baby.
Finn looked up at Sapphire to ask her, "What?" and all of a sudden, her lips were on his. "Hey what was that for?" Finn broke the kiss right away asking that, "You looked upset." "And your idea was to kiss me to make me happy?" Sapphire sighed then, "Sapph? What'd you do that for? He-" Olivia started but Sapphire cut her off, "He has a girlfriend yeah I know!" "Why you mad with me at that? You just met me." Finn exclaimed, Sapphire not giving an answer, "Wanna go?" Olivia asked her newest friend, Finn nodded.

"You didn't have to drop me at the house, I could of walked from yours." Finn said getting out of Olivia's car, she winced at the sound of a noise, "That's why, plus I'm not allowed a car so if they see, I'm dead." She laughed, and the blonde gave a look. "It's fine Finn okay?" "No, your coming in." Olivia rolled her eyes, "It's your first night here-" "And if your in the same situation as I was until 12, your coming in!" Finn exclaimed.
"Hi, I'm back!" Finn says entering the house, accidentally waking Piper. "Hey Pipes, you still awake?" Finn kneeled down next to her head as she layed on the couch, fidgeting with her fingers. "No, I fell asleep not that long after putting Molly down." Piper told him. Finn brought her hand up to his lips and kissing them softly. Millie came around the corner of the house, "Hey, Liv? Everything okay home?" She asked, "Yeah-yeah." Olivia said dryly, Finn looked at her and rose his eyebrows, "Okay maybe not perfect but it's fine."
