In love, give your all, The heart, the beats and sleepless falls, But, when all life is lived, And when you turn to look back, Don't expect, in equal measures, That she'll give it back.
Happiness, give all you got, Find happiness is sharing full bags, But, when all you had is not enough, Don't expect, in equal measures, That she'll take it all.
Sorrow, take all she has got, Find empty heart to stuff it all, But, when all your heart is not enough, Don't expect, in equal measures, For her to thank at all.
For a King, you may be, And a mighty queen you may see, You are but a rock, That shall be sand in the sea.
Love not, for love in return, Nor respect or freedom, These are just passing days, Soon the night shall engulf the sun rays, And in sunsets, we shall walk alone.
