Dear Miss Adele, Awaken my sins, Then gaze through the cracked glasses and rims, Walk a few steps with me in the dark, And lead me out, into blossomed dreams.
Dear Miss Adele, Let me hide, Into the bosoms of mother's infant, Read me stories of orphaned childhood dreams, One final wish, of evening sunbeams.
Dear Miss Adele, Let me run, Into the wild where dry rivers die, In hopes of fresh showers and endless streams, And lead me in, to one last glimpse.
