renjun blinked, looking between jeno and the man in front of them
jaemin sighed at the lack of response, knowing that the idea would cause the omega distress as his scent had a somewhat burnt tone, like he was surrounded by ashes
"baby do you wanna go home?" renjun turned around in his hold, eyes shiny with tears and fading into a gentle gold as he buried his face in the alpha's jacket, whimpering quietly
jaemin lifted renjun onto his torso, carrying him into the living area after hearing loud chatter
"hyung - this idea is shit" he glared at his cousin, eyes flickering with red as he caressed the back of renjun's head
jaehyun put his hands up in defence, "i had no say in this, i was just called in to hear it" jaemin rolled his eyes, grip tightening on renjun
somebody walked in holding an ipad, he gestured for jaemin to lift renjun's head up
the omega looked at him, curious eyes on the device in his hands
"my name is moon taeil, yuta isn't in today - he owns this house - we thought it'd be better if they brought you along to show that they aren't afraid of any opponents" he explained, earning a pout in thought
"do i have to..?"
"of course not, though there are only two choices from this - either they bring you along to meetings and make you public, or they don't reveal your identity at all and you be cautious. honestly speaking, though, i think you two should keep him safe - they could easily scare somebody in school to hurt him" he spoke, shrugging after
"that's what i said" jaemin gritted his teeth, hand resting on renjun's back, the contact calming him
"well, what would you rather do?" taeyong looked at renjun, who had big eyes that seemed lost
"i don't really want to be near so many scary people.."
"i told you," jaemin frowned, but his scent had softened and his eyes were pure brown, "we have to leave soon, though, baby - do you wanna go home?" renjun nodded sadly, leaning into jaemin quietly as he pouted
"'m sorry.."
