Michael walks into his office while Daniel enters with bodyguards trying to stop him.

"Michael, what the hell did you do? Why don't I have access to my computer?" He yells as security attempts to remove him from his office. "Don't touch me!"

Michael looks at him from his computer. "You are fired. Leave," he says coldly and returns to his work.

Daniel looks at him with distrust and exits his office without security's help, seeing Lisa walk into Michael's corporation.

"Lisa, what did you tell him?" He walks up to her, furious.

She looks at him, startled. "What do you mean?"

Security attempts to intervene, but he pushes them away. "Michael fired me! What did you do?"

Lisa looks at him, blinking in confusion. "Nothing. I just told him the truth about what happened," she says quietly.

Daniel takes her wrist forcefully, making her wince in pain. "Why did you tell him that? I apologized to you, you fucking bitch."

Michael moves quickly and pulls Daniel away from Lisa. She massages her sore wrist, still feeling the burning pain, while watching both of them as onlookers observe the whole scene.

Daniel pushes Michael away. "Screw you, man! We were friends for years, and this is how you repay me?" he yells.

"Me? Repay you? Come on, be a man and admit to what you did" Michael pushes him out of the building.

The bystanders watch in shock as Lisa freezes, her husband's behavior shocking her. She walks over to him, attempting to calm him down. "Michael, stop making a scene. He's not worth it."

Michael gives her a cold look. "You're my wife, and I won't let anyone get near you."

"Alright, but I won't be a part of this," she says, her voice filled with disgust, and heads to her car, leaving with the tires screeching.

Michael turns to Daniel. "You're not going to admit to what you did?" he says, seething with anger.

"What do you want me to say? That I wanted to fuck your wife?" He smirks, spreading his hands in defiance.

Michael strides over to him and punches him in the face so hard that Daniel stumbles and falls on his back, clutching his mouth.

"What's wrong with you?" Daniel yells.

"Don't ever say that or get near my wife, or I'll ruin your entire life, understand?" he warns as Daniel slowly gets to his feet.

Michael returns to the building, instructing security to escort people inside. Once in his office, he unclenches his fists, trying to calm his breathing. He begins thinking about Lisa and realizes how he's treated her, understanding that he should go to see her.

**Some time later at Lisa's apartment**

Lisa keeps her door closed, but Michael is aware of her presence inside, having noticed her car parked in front of the building. In his frustration, he knocks on the door for several minutes, knowing she's there.

"Lisa, could you please open the door? I'd really like to have a conversation with you, and I'm certain you're inside," he pleads. Her response remains the same. "I understand that you're upset with me for leaving you at your apartment when I wasn't in the right mood."

Lisa walks up to the door and opens it slightly. "What if I'm not in the mood to talk to you now? You're hardly ever in the mood to talk with me, and you even got into a fight in front of everyone. Maybe it's time to end this. I'm tired of your childish games, Michael." she says, clearly upset.

Michael bites his lip, looking at her, understanding that she's mad.

"I understand that I messed up. I'm deeply sorry for leaving suddenly and putting you through all of this, but please consider giving me another chance" he pleads.

Lisa sighs, still upset, and opens the doors. She walks away to close the doors to the bathroom after feeling nauseous.

Michael walks in, locks the doors, and sits on the couch. He notices a big envelope, curious about its contents, and takes it, examining the pictures inside.

Lisa sees what he's doing and takes the pictures from him, placing them back in the envelope. "I'll tell you what it is soon, and I can guarantee you won't like it," she says, sitting next to him.

Michael looks at her, stunned by her words and growing stressed. He unbuttons his shirt's top button and removes his jacket, placing it beside him.

"I might as well start with why I was so upset after leaving your mother's company," he begins, massaging his neck.

"I should've received an explanation," Lisa mumbles.

Michael exhales and looks at her. "But promise me you won't get angry."

Lisa rolls her eyes, clearly annoyed.

"Promise me," he insists.

"Depends on what it is," she says, looking at him.

He bites his lip, feeling anxious. "Um, well, do you remember that girl, the secretary?"

Lisa sighs. "You mean your ex? Yes, I do." Michael blushes.

"Um, right. She-she kissed me," he stammers.

She tries to appear unfazed, but deep down, she's enraged and wants to confront the girl.

"What?" she says, clenching her fist feeling nails deep in her skin.

He looks at her, seeing her anger, and swallows hard, feeling like a betrayer.

"She kissed me while we were talking. I pushed her away, and then I left. That's it," he explains.

Lisa's expression is a mix of emotions, and she tries to change the subject, still upset. "Open the envelope. I've seen it, and to be honest, it's more important right now," she hands him an envelope.

He takes out the pictures and goes through them, growing increasingly distressed when he sees a picture of them naked.

"Where did you find these?" he asks, looking at her.

"When you left me without a word, I found the entire apartment in disarray. After I put everything back in place, I found these on the floor. I called the police, and they found hidden cameras. I looked for you, but you chose to have a confrontation with Daniel instead," Lisa explains.

Michael exhales. "Maybe it was Daniel? He knows where you live."

"Do you think your home may have these too?"

"Probably. But my main concern is finding out who did this. I also don't want you to live here knowing someone was here. We're going on a short vacation to spend time together. I'll take care of everything, so when we return, everything will be fine."

Lisa shakes her head in agreement. "I hope this won't make its way to the media, or I'll lose it."

Michael chuckles. "No worries, baby. I'll take these photos to my lawyer. Now, I need to make a call, alright?"

"Mm-hmm," she mumbles, heading to the kitchen while still upset about what she learned.
