Chapter 33~Hospital

"There's some major injuries, some internal bleeding, her face will take time to heal, we prescribed some cream, the bullets have penetrated her bad, she'll still be having the operation by tomorrow, we can't tell if she had anything broken" said the nurse, she was still a bit impressed she was telling this to Tony stark. He nodded "Thank you".

He went and sat down on the waiting chairs next ot Thor and peter who had just arrived. Nat and Bucky were dealing with the hydra people. "Stark, the nurse said she would live right" Thor said. Tony bowed his head "She didn't say anything, just that this operation will take until tommorow" he sighed and the quiet came again.

"Mummys just got to go give this to her boss ok" said Maria Hill. Riley nodded. She looked around her mom's office it was nice. Lloyd was nice to her. She thought she'd go see him. She skipped down the corridor and into his lab. He wasn't there, she was always told not to mess around in here but there was something cool looking like a portal, she went in the middle of it and then she saw a button she pressed it and in a flash she was zapped and fell to the floor.

The same scene of how Riley got her powers played again and again in her head, she was unconscious and right at that point in a operation.

Maria Hill went and sat down next to Peter, closely followed by Nick fury, who worse several cuts on his face and a bloody lip. "I had her and just like that" he Said clicking his fingers "I lost her, they took her away and now she's hurt" he said bowing his head. "They knew we had a relationship to her, Fury, they know that we care for her they can use that against us" tony said. Maria stood up "Look can you just stop it, she might die any secound now and you two are talking about how they can use her against us" she said. She sighed "Sorry, i-I need a coffee" and with that she stormed away.

Rileys good eye adjusted to the bright light above her head. Her head throbbed and arms and shoulder screamed for mercy, but her legs felt fine. That was good. Then she felt to figures staring at her. "I'm doctor Richardson, what's your name" he said. "Riley" she said and he smiled. He whispered something to the guy next to him and he nodded. The guy went behind the bed she was on and pushed it. She started feeling warm and hard to breathe, the man pleased a see through mask on her face, she got realaxed and found it easier to breathe. Her eyes, closed.

"Is that" peter breathed. The others looked to see a man pushing Riley in a bed. They stood up, the man didn't complain, they followed him, bringer her to a quiet room.
