Chapter 45~Monster

Riley sat in the chair silent. She knew they could see her right now, what did they think of what she was doing. Then in hear head she could imagine her mom telling her she needed to be strong and go with them, that they would always love her but this wasn't going to help.

Tears spilled through her eyes, she had known it wouldn't help, even after killing so many, she didn't feel happiness or anything just feeling cold and, monstrous.

Riley agreed to come with them, first she went with Nat to get her things. She walked in silence with Nat. Until Nat said "It's going to be ok". Riley nodded, but her hands shook.

A while later she climbed up the stairs of the Avengers tower. She put her bags in her room and sat down with the others. Her head hung she spoke up and said "I'm so sorry for what I've done". "It's ok" Tony said. But she looks up at him tears blooming in her eyes which she didn't dare spill "Your only saying that because you know me, if you didn't I would be locked in some prison I'm a monster" she said. "No your not, you've been through so much at one point you were going to be brought at a point were you couldn't see anything good" Thor said. She chuckled "Insparational speech pointbreak" she said. She yawned and told them she was going to bed.

All night though she layed awake, seh had seen them and she had melted back to normal Riley but on the inside she still felt like a monster. How could anyone be like this, feel like this, but then she knew who was like this and had felt like this, loki the only one she could talk about this too. She sighed it had been 3 months since she'd seen any of them, letting her see loki was slim.

The next morning she got up and dressed and then sat down on the sofa. The elevator opened with a ping, she saw Peter. He nearly gasped seeing her and ran over and hugged her. She shook a bit but hugged back, did he still love her after becoming a monster, her question was answered when he gave her a big kiss.

"Realy! I didnt think youd let me I think he will be able to help me" Riley said smiling. They agreed to let her see Loki. Though Tony and peter were still a bit unsure about it.

She and thor were beamed to asgard that same day. She could see people looking St her, recognising her. She caught a glympse at phoniex, a look of shock on his face she had changed alot. She did not look back, scared too. She and thor, went down some stairs into the prison and just at the stairs thor said "You two can talk alone, if you need anything ill be at the top of the stairs".
