Chapter 68~Maid Of Honour

Bad thoughts bubbled up in her mind. What if the only reason she was here is because she was being used, her powers were the only thing keeping her here weren't they.

"Your not worthless and will never be worthless" tony said,but riley wasn't realy paying attention to him. She looked over at loki. He wasn't looking at her still. She pretended to yawn and said she was gonna head to bed.

She sat in bed, she was worthless now wasn't she, loki wouldn't see her at the same level as him. And even if Loki did leave her she couldn't go right to Peter, could she. She sighed and lied down, tommorow was Sunday she and Jess were meeting up.

Riley sat across from jess at the little shop as they drank there milkshakes. Jess sighed. "Jesus your life is crazy, I don't know what you should do, but if that God fellow leaves ya, screw him, but I know what you mean bout the other boy now, you don't want to seem slutty by going straight back to him" jess said. Riley nodded "How's things with you and nathan" riley asked. Jessica's cheeks turned Rosie, it was like she was wanting riley to ask this. "Well it's only been a couple months, but we're made for each other, and at that date he took me on he proposed and I said yes" she squealed. She reavelded a beautiful dimand ring on her finger. Riley gasped "Omg that's amazing Jess, now I realy got to meet him" Riley said. "Well your invited to the wedding of course, and I want you to be the maid of honour" Jess said. Rileys face flushed "Realy, are you sure you don't have anyone else you would prefer" she said. Jess shook her head "Nah, I want you up there with me on that day, your litrealy my closest freind" jess said. Riley felt special at the moment "I would love to be your maid of honour".

Over the next few weeks Riley and Jess spent alot more time toghther, Riley didn't complain it meant she was out the tower and then she didn't have to talk to anyone.

Riley was given a plus 1 for the wedding. But who. She would have to deal with that at one point. She met Nathan he was perfect for Jess, they looked so happy toghther. Riley was given a silky purple dress, it matched the streaks in Jessica's hair. Jessica was to wear a beautiful long white wedding dress. Her hair was to be put into a plaited bun. It was going to be perfect.

It was the night before the wedding. Riley sighed as she walked into the tower. It was around 11:30pm she and Jessica were doing last minute plans, it was only 5 and a half hours until Riley had to be up and go over at jess. She sighed and sat on the sofa, nearly jumping seeing loki in the corner of the room.
