Chapter 50~Suicide

The whole night loki had been there with Thor, riley hadn't had the time to talk to him, and then time was up, thor brought him back to asgard.

Later at night, riley had realised through this whole time she hadn't realy gotten to controll her powers, she throught she would try now, it could get her mind of things.

Minutes later she had managed to stick herself to the ceiling. She couldn't get off, she would just have to wait for her powers to die down. She stayed up all night, plastered to the ceiling.

The next morning, there was a knock on her door, she hadn't slept a bit, "Um, come in" she called. Still plastered to the ceiling. Thor walked in and in secounds he was pulled to the ceiling too. "Uh, I'm sorry I don't know what I'm doing, I just got to wear this off" she said. Thor looked over at her "How long you've been up here" he said. "What's the time right now" she said. "It's 9am" Thor said. She sighed "10hours about".

"Well who knows how long we'll be up here, so let's talk, what happened in prison" he said. Her eyes squinted a bit "Nothing, just some fights and that freind Jessica I told you about". Thor laughed a bit "Yeah, you got those cuts and bruises from fights, but not what your hiding under your hair, I caught a glance yesterday" he said. She was shocked. He had seen the large scar. Damn it. "It's nothing realy" she said. "I dont believe you " he said. She screwed up her eyes. "Fine, i- I tried to kill myself in there, happy" there was a silence. And in that the scene played back in her head:

It was nearing 4 in the morning a week in, and she was feeling hopeless. Her mum was dead. Like loki had said. She was going to stay in here forever and all her freinds would know her as a criminal. Some other people were still awake, paying no attention to her. There was stairs to the little rooms at the top. She climbed the stairs and stood at the top by the bars, she climbed over the bars. Tears trickling down her eyes and she let go.

Paramedics had came, she was nearly dead. Her blood had puddled on the floor. They had fixed her up and then left her. Jessica had pulled her out of the dark places. Without jess she might of done it again.

Thor fell to the floor, Riley still on the ceiling "What" he was halfway through saying. She had curled up in a ball on the feeling. Why had only thor fallen, weird. Her eyes scrunched up she said "You heard what I said, I got suicidal, my mum had died, my dad was dead, I was a criminal I had gone insane" she said. "Riley" Thor said scared. She opened her eyes, the ceiling had flames licking it.
