Part 10

Reagan pov

2 months later

Since me and Toni left, we have been doing amazing, we learn more and more about each other everyday

But today we're going back because we been skipping school and avoiding everybody so we know

"I just know my coach going to kill me when I get back" Toni spoke

"Right and I just know my grades dropped, I already wasn't doing well with my grades" I spoke

"Same, but even know my grades probably went all the way down and my coach going to kill me, I really enjoyed these two months away with you" Toni spoke

I couldn't stop smiling

"I really enjoyed these two months with you too" I responded

She leaned in and kissed me softly before pulling away, she pulled away and smiled

"You ready to go?" She asked

I nodded

We got our clothes together well my clothes that I had in my car that's the only clothes we had to wear these past two months

We got in the car and headed home, but then I noticed the gas thing was on E, I looked over and spotted a gas station

"We going to have to stop to get gas"I spoke

I pulled into the driveway and park at the gas tank thingy

"You coming in?" I asked Toni

She nodded

We got out and went inside the store, while we was in there we decide to grabbed some snacks

She grabbed a purple bag of Takis and a orange Gatorade and I grabbed me some Hot Cheeto Puffs and an ice tea

We went up front and paid for our snacks and the gas

"Wassuh girls, y'all single?" Two guys asked causing me to grabbed Toni's hands

"No" I spoke

"Ohhh lesbians, I can work with that, I mean two is better than one" one guy spoke smiling

"No thank you" I spoke

"Yeah back off" Toni spoke

"Y'all don't want to know what a man feel like?" The other guy asked grabbing my hand

"Hey don't touch her" Toni yelled pushing him

"Come on T it's fine" I spoke grabbing her arm

"No the fuck it's not, you gotta problem?" Toni yelled pushing the other boy

"I like em feisty" one spoke laughing

Toni kicked one in their private... "how does that feel asswhole" she spoke causing the boy to fall down

"T it's fine let's go" I spoke

She looked at me with a mug before walking out and going to sit in the car

I walked over and pumped the gas

After allat I got in the car and we left

The car ride was quiet and I could tell she was still upset

It was dark by time we made it back, I pulled up at Martha's house and Toni got out the car

She ain't even talked to me she just went inside the house

I got out the car and went up and knocked on the door for Martha to come to the door

"Hey Reagan come in" she spoke

I went inside and we both sat on the couch

"So you two were gone for 2 months, how was it?" She asked

"It was great, we had fun and learned more about each other up until the end, Toni have this mood where she gets mad and it's extremely hard for me to calm her down" I spoke

"Oh don't feel bad about that, she always had that mood since I known her, even I can't calm her down and she's like my sister" Martha spoke

"So how does she get out of this mood?" I asked

"She disappears, I don't where to, and I don't know how long she will take cause it's different times every time, but she always comes back, and when she does she comes back and act like she never left, she don't tell anybody where she went and why, but she always comes back" she answered

"It just scares me because she just blows up and it ain't no calming her down and I don't know what she'll do next" I said

"I understand but it's just Toni, I been dealing with that for years" she spoke

I nodded

"Tell her I said good night, I would but she seems kinda mad at me right now" I spoke

"Of course" Martha spoke

"Okay I guess I'll get going, bye" I spoke... Martha waved before walking me to the door to make sure to lock it behind me

Toni pov

Someone knocked on the door before someone came in and I already knew it was Martha

"So how was the two months away?" Martha asked

"It was great up into today" I spoke

"What happened?" She asked

"Ion wanna talk about it" I responded

"Well I had to cover for you because you decided to leave without telling anybody" she spoke

"Well Ian tell you to cover for me, you decided to do that" I spoke shrugging

"Because they was going to report for a missing person than you would've been taken away again, aren't you tired of going to different houses and not having a place to call your home?" She asked

"I'm use to it" I responded

"It don't matter, it's still not cool, you should've still went to school for these two months and called someone like me or my parents" she said

"What's the point of getting away if I still have to see the same faces all day everyday" I spoke

"Okay Toni there's no talking to you because you think you have to have an answer for everything" Martha spoke getting up and about to walk out

"Oh yeah and Reagan said good night and whatever happen today just know you scared her" she said before walking out
