I took a while to get Dean up on his feet again. At first, he could only lay still and let someone else get something for him. Most of the time it was Sam. They were still at the same motel, because Dean couldn’t be moved. After a few days Dean could finally move around a little bit. It still hurt, but a little bit less. Dean didn’t let anyone notice in how much pain he actually was. Sam was sitting on the couch when Dean stumbled into the room. He was a little bit out of breath and there was sweat on his forehead. Sam already got up to help him, but Cas was already there. “Thank you Cas.” Dean said. He could see Sam was getting bored. “Sam, you should go out or do something. I can see you’re bored and I don’t want you to stay here because of me. I can look perfectly after myself.” He said, trying to stand straight and look less horrible. “No, Dean. I can’t. you’re a wreck and I’m worried about you.” This made Dean angry. “I’m not the one you should be worried about. I’ll be fine. Just go out and have some fun. Cas will look after me. Right Cas?” “Yeah, of course. It’s okay Sam. I can handle this stubborn rhino, and even if he wanted to get away, he won’t get far.” Cas said. Dean shot him an angry glare and Cas grinned. Sam sighed. “Okay, I’ll go out. Thank you guys!” Sam grabbed his coat and walked out the door. “Do you need something Dean?” Cas said. “No, thanks Cas. I’m fine.” He laid down on his bed again and had to hold back a groan, but Cas could still feel in how much pain he was. “Dean, you’re bleeding again. I have to change your bandages.” Dean sighed and sat up straight on the bed. Cas grabbed his box and started to take off the old bandages. There were a few bloodstains on it, but they looked much better than the last ones. When they were all removed he inspected Dean’s chest. Dean sat there, feeling awkward. When Cas touched his stitches he felt warm inside and his cheeks were glowing. “It looks so much better than the last time!” Cas said relieved. Dean smiled. Then Cas started to wrap the new bandage around Dean’s torso. When he had to roll the bandage behind Dean's back he leaned in and almost pressed his cheeks against Dean’s chest. Dean was still feeling awkward and wanted it to be over soon. When it all was done, Cas cleaned up and put the box away. Dean laid down on the bed. Cas laid down beside him. “Do you feel better?” he asked, although he already knew the answer. “Yes, I do.” Dean said. “Don’t lie to me, Dean. I can feel in how much pain you are.” “Okay, it hurts a little bit, but I’ll be fine, believe me.” They laid there for a few minutes. “Cas? I have too pee. Can you help me up?” Dean asked. Cas got up and helped Dean to get up. Dean stumbled to the bathroom and closed the door. Dean looked in the mirror. He was still warm inside. It was just a matter of time before he would explode, and he knew it. He sighed and walked back to his bed. Cas was still laying there, deep in thoughts. “Cas. I want to go for a walk.” Dean said. “No, you can’t. You won’t even get five steps away from the door before feeling exhausted.” Cas said standing up. Ready to argue. Dean was trying his best to not let himself go, but the feeling was too strong. Dean walked over to Cas and pinned him to the wall. Cas was taken aback by surprise. Dean came closer and whispered, “Try to fight me then.” Then he let his lips brush against Cas’. Cas felt Dean’s breath against his lips. He was getting warm and he could feel a lot of butterflies explode into his stomach. Then Dean took a step closer, if that was even possible. They were pressed against the wall. Then Dean kissed Cas. Cas was shocked, then he relaxed and followed Dean’s example. He closed his eyes and let his lips move against Dean’s. he wrapped his arms around Dean’s back. Dean moaned softly. A whole lot of butterflies bursted through his stomach and he felt himself getting red cheeks. Then he finally broke the kiss. He was out of breath and Cas was too. Dean sat down on the bed. “I’m sorry Cas, I don’t know what happened to me. The only thing I know is that I care about you. I care a lot.” He said. Looking Cas directly in his eyes. Cas came closer and pressed his lips against Dean’s again. Dean laid down with Cas on top of him. Cas couldn’t get enough of this feeling he felt inside. It was so overwhelming. Then he broke the kiss he laid down next to Dean. “I think the feeling is mutual.” He said with a smile on his face. Dean turned his head to face Cas and he smiled. Then Sam came walking in. “Hey guys! I have found a new job! But not yet. We have to wait until Dean is feeling okay again.” He said while looking at a few papers and starting his laptop. Dean and Cas sat up. “I don’t think we should look for another job. I think we should be looking for that world-threatening creature that was freed into this world a few days ago.” Dean said. Cas agreed. Sam sighed. “Look, Dean, we don’t know where he is and we don’t know what it is. I’ve already called Bobby, and he is trying to find out what we’re dealing with. I just think we should save some lives while trying to find out what exactly that creature is.” Sam said. “Okay, we’ll do that.” Dean said while standing up with a pained face, and walking over to Sam. Cas instantly helped Dean move and they sat down around the table and Sam started explaining, the other two men still a bit dismayed about what just had happened. Cas looked at Dean and Dean looked back. They both smiled with red cheeks. Then Sam looked up, watching the two. “Is there something I should know?” He asked. “No, we’re fine.” Dean said and Sam continued explaining.

A/N: hey guys! i'm sorry if this part sucks. I wanted it to sound sweet, but i'm not that good at writing kissing scenes. if you have some feedback I would love to hear it. :)
