A/N: hey! here's another chapter! this one is for my birthday. have fun reading!
“So, do you have a plan on getting Cas out of heaven?” “That actually sounds really weird. Usually you want me to get people out of hell, but look how the tables turned.” Crowley laughed. Dean rolled his eyes and had to hide his anger. “Crowley, back to the subject. Do you have anything?” “To be honest, I have nothing, but I think we can come up with something. Because you Winchesters are good, but I’m Crowley.” “Stop playing around Crowley, this is serious.” Sam was getting angry and Dean had to give him a stern look to calm him down. Sam sighed and sat down again on his chair. Bobby was sitting too now and had put the gun away, for a while at least. “Dean, when you were in purgatory, I don’t know if you knew, but there is an entrance to hell there.” Dean pulled up his eyebrows. “I heard talk about that, but I never thought it would exist. That means hell’s got a weak spot.” Dean said grinning. Crowley rolled his eyes and continued. “Yes, hell has a weak spot, but heaven is the opposite of hell, so why wouldn’t heaven also? See where I’m going? My point is, if you can get into hell by using the unknown alley, why isn’t there an unknown alley to heaven?” Dean thought about it. “Could be, but I never heard someone speaking of an entrance to heaven through purgatory.” “That’s the point.” Crowley said, pointing his finger at Dean. “I think heaven’s entrance isn’t discovered yet.” “Really smart Crowley, you have to send us to purgatory to find out. You’ve gotten rid of us and the whole world kisses your ass. Ain’t going to happen.” Dean said. Crowley rolled his eyes. “That wasn’t actually the plan, in fact, I hadn’t even thought about that yet, but now you mention it, that is a brilliant plan.” Dean sighed and Crowley smirked at him. “To prove that wasn’t my plan I’ll come with you. Let’s go now.” He said. “Whow, hold on. We have no clue where to start looking. We don’t know if the entrance to heaven even exists, so maybe we should do some research first, before just jumping into purgatory and never coming out again.” Dean walked over to the desk to search for a book. While walking he heard a loud high pinched noise. His headache got so bad that he had to lean onto something, in this case the desk itself.
“Dean? Dean! Can you hear me? It’s me Cas, I’ve been captured. You have to get me out of here. I got not much regarding Abigor, but I can tell you this. There once was a tablet, I have no idea where it was, but it is some sort of prophecy. You have to find it. Legends say it was brought down by the god of the sea. I have no idea what that means, but it destroyed civilisation and no trace of this civilisation has ever been found. I know, cryptic, but I can’t tell anymore. They keep me up here in a room and I’m tied up with invisible rope, but I have no idea where, you have to get me out of here soon and I have to make things right. Help me, I need you too, so hurry up. Miss you, bye”
As Cas came to the end of his speech his voice faded. A single tear dropped on the carpet coming from Dean’s eyes. He hadn’t even noticed he was crying. When he looked up he saw Sam and Bobby standing around him. “What happened bro?” Sam asked concerned. “Can’t you feel it? The power coming from him.” Crowley whispered. “He was talking to his boyfriend. What did Cas say?” Crowley said. “Wait, what? Boyfriend?” Bobby asked taken aback. Dean rolled his eyes. “Nothing Bobby, but yes, Cas has answered me. He said that we have to find a tablet that was brought down by the god of the sea and that destroyed a whole civilisation, which never left any trace, so I say, let’s look into legends and myths.” Sam already walked to the left shelf and pulled out another pile of books. This was Sam’s favourite subject, so he was thrilled about reading about it. “Well, let’s get started then.” He said excitedly. Dean rolled his eyes and Crowley pulled up an eyebrow. “Damn, the moose is also a nerd.” He whispered into Dean’s ear. “You bet he is.” Dean whispered back. Then they moved over to the table and each took a few books, well, everyone except for Crowley, who decided it would be funny to crack some really bad jokes and talk about business in hell, but when Bobby grabbed the gun again and shot one glare at Crowley he swallowed and sat down while grabbing a book. He was still from that moment on. “Okay, guys. I have no idea what to make of that description Cas gave me. I have no idea where to start looking.” “Well, it actually is quite easy, you said something about the sea god and undiscovered lost civilisation, so maybe you should start looking on that.” Sam said. Dean frowned and grabbed a book about Poseidon. “Okay, I’ll start with this.” Dean read the whole night and when he finally had the last page in sight he sighed. Nothing. He had found nothing in this stupid book. He threw it on another pile of books that were already read and hadn’t helped for a bit. The book fell onto the ground and laid open on the last page, which Dean hadn’t read. He sighed and bended over to close the book and place it back on the pile. Then he read the word Atlantis. He had heard about that. Atlantis was an island. The inhabitants were geniuses. Professors and scientist. Legend says their knowledge was already far beyond now and they could practically do anything they wanted. That made them proud and vain. Then a tsunami destroyed the island and all his inhabitants. Nobody knows if Atlantis was real, but if it was, Sam would love to go there, but nothing was found about it, so it remained a mystery. Then the puzzle pieces fell into place. Atlantis! That was it! The undiscovered and lost civilisation. Dean started laughing out of the blue while looking at the page. “Dean, you’re keeping me off my work here, we have to find it as soon as possible, or we won’t be able to save Cas. So if you could please stop talking with him?” Sam said annoyed. “No, he isn’t talking to wings.” Crowley said. “I feel nothing. I would’ve felt it.” “No! I got it! This is it! Here read! Of course, why haven’t we thought of that earlier?! It’s so obvious! Atlantis!” Sam frowned, then his face lit up. “Of course!” He said while walking over to Dean and grabbing the book from his hands. Crowley also stood up and they all sat around the book, reading the last page of the book about Poseidon. Dean started smiling.
“We’re going to get you out of there buddy!”
Dean said to Cas. The only thing Cas could feel was relieve, despitewhips and angels blades attacking his skin and organs. The blood flowed out of his wounds, but Dean had found the solution and created an escape. Just hold on for a little longer.
