Dean and Sam were still singing along in the back of the car, when Cas appeared on the backseat. At first, they didn’t notice. Then Dean looked in the rear-view mirror and almost drove into a tree. He hit the breaks. “Whoa! What’s going on?! Can’t you drive anymore?!” Sam shouted at Dean, but the only thing Dean could do is looking over his shoulder at the broken Cas on the backseat. He got out the car and sat down next to Cas. “What have they done to you?” Dean whispered, more to himself, but Cas heard him anyways. “I don’t know. When I arrived in heaven, I was caught and brought to an office. I don’t know where, they made sure of that. But it was spotless. Then they put me in a chair and tied me up. A woman came walking in and started torturing me. I don’t know why. It just happened. Then I felt anger and I thought of you, which gave me strength, and I managed to break free.” Cas said. His whole body was shaking and he was feeling hot and cold at the same time. Sweat was running over his forehead and Dean grabbed a piece of cloth and wiped it away. “Wow, Cas, you’re burning hot. We have to get you out of here. To a hospital or something. “ “No, Dean. Don’t do that. I’ll heal myself.” Cas tried to heal himself but I wouldn’t work. “Sam, you can drive. I’m going to stay in the back with Cas. Drive to the nearest town and we’ll search a motel.” “But Dean, we have to go to the hospital.” Sam said. “Cas said that he didn’t want that, so we won’t.” Dean said. Sam switched seats and drove way above speed limit to the nearest town. Dean held Cas up and tried to get him to drink something, but it wouldn’t work. Then Cas passed out. “Cas? Cas? Cas!” Dean said, but he got no response. Cas’ wounds were still bleeding and his nose had a weird shape. “Faster Sam, we can’t lose him.” I can’t lose him. He thought. As soon as they arrived at the motel Dean lifted Cas up and carried him inside. He laid him down on the bed and pulled off his trench coat, unbuttoned his shirt and examined Cas’ torso. There were cuts everywhere. It was almost too awful to look at, but Dean got Cas’ box, which Cas had used on him too, and got out the bandages. He took a bottle of pure alcohol and wet a towel with it. He cleaned Cas’ wounds, which wasn’t very easy. As soon as the alcohol touched Cas’ chest, he screamed. Cas woke up immediately. “Dean?! What are you doing?!” he shouted. “It’s alcohol, Cas, we use it to clean up wounds and to kill bacteria that got into your wounds to prevent infections.” He explained. Cas nodded. “Okay, but do it fast, it’s unpleasant.” He said. Dean continued and Cas bit his lip, trying not to scream. Then Dean moved on to his face. He gently wiped the blood off Cas’ face and got an icepack for his swollen eye. Cas groaned and pushed the icepack onto his eye. Dean couldn’t stop wondering why the angels would do this to Cas. How could someone do that to Cas? He just didn’t understand. This was sweet, caring Cas, with a heart of gold. Why would anyone want to hurt that? Then he smirked at himself for having such whimpy  thoughts. When he looked up, Cas was looking at him with one of his intense stares. Dean swallowed, feeling a little bit awkward. “what’s up Cas? Do you need something? I can get it for you.” Dean said, but before he even finished Cas pushed his lips onto his. Dean was taken aback by surprise. The only thing going through his head now was Cas. Since he had been gone the only thing he could think about was Cas. He kissed back. It could’ve lasted hours, or just a few seconds. Dean didn’t know. He was just gone for a while.  “Hey guys! I’ve got some fooo……….” Sam’s mouth, and the food, dropped. “I think eh…. I’ll just go…” Sam said before closing the door and walking over to the Impala, opening the door and sitting on the passenger’s seat, leaving him there in astonishment.  Then Cas finally pulled away. “Was that Sam?” He asked. “Hmm, I have no idea.” Dean hadn’t even noticed someone coming in. Cas pulled up an eyebrow and smirked. “There he is. A voice from behind them said. They looked up and two men in black suits were standing across the room. They held something shiny, like a dagger or knife, behind their backs. Cas’ eyes widened and he swallowed. He knew what those were. They were angel blades, what meant that those two men were angels. Before he could react the two men appeared behind him and grabbed both his arms. Then they were gone, leaving Dean behind. At first he didn’t know what just had happened, but soon after he felt himself filling up with anger. Nobody could take Cassie away without getting hurt. He walked out the door to get Sam. Sam was still on the passenger’s seat. All of a sudden Dean sat next to him. “Whoa, what happened to you?!” Sam asked. “You look like you’ve been punched in the face.” He said. “Cas has been abducted.” He said. “what?” Sam asked, to make sure he heard right. “I said, Cas has been abducted.” Dean repeated, rather irritated. “It were the angels. They took Cas. We have to find him. I won’t let them hurt them.” “No, I saw you care about him.” Sam said sarcastically. Dean’s cheeks grew red. “we’ll talk about that later.” He said before walking back into the motel room. Sam sat there for a while and then also walked into the room.
