"Permission to uphold the court your honor" Coreys lawyer Rubin Hollin asked

"Granted" Judge Croft said

"May I ask plaintiff Brianna Sharp to the stand"

The judge nodded his head I proceeded to the stand

"Brianna may I ask how old are you?" Rubin pried

"I-I'm 17" I stuttered

"And old were you at the time of the incident?"

"I was 16 sir"

"And on a scale of one to ten how drunk were you that night"

"OBJECTION he's trying to confused my client!" My lawyer stated

"Objection denied" Judge Croft banged his gavel

"I wasn't that drunk I had two drinks of a martini"

"How many times did he penetrate you?"

"I-I don't remember like 10 times maybe 12"

"Are you sure you told him to stop?"

"Yes I repeatedly told him to stop" He bombarded me with questions

"Do you mind telling us what you remember from that night" I looked out into the court room and took a deep breath and closed my eyes

"I remember we were dancing and he whispered something in my ear he asked me "why was I here alone" but I didn't answer because I wasn't there alone I was with my friend and her boyfriend so I didn't think something like this could possible happen so we walked up the hall way and people to my left and right were drinking and smoking this was Coreys house party I remember that so I'm assuming he took me to his room and we kissed and then he started to get a little rough like grabbed my neck and bitting my neck but I didn't think he would take it this far he pulled my pants down and proceeded to penetrate me after I told him stop several times and he was going to use his- private part but I prevented anything else from happening further I kicked him in his private part and ran out the room into the bathroom across the hall" I hurts me to recount these memories

"And-And after that my friend found me" I looked to Autumn and she looked sad

"She found me and we walked downstairs so we can go home and he grabbed my arm and pulled my in the corner we were face to face and he told me quit on quote "you can't tell anyone what happened" and I was terrified at the moment so I just stood there with my head down I felt so disgusting afterwards because I knew I didn't want this to happen" Tears streamed down my face

"My lawyer handed me the pictures the nurse took at the hospital" I handed them to the judge so he could see them and his eyes went wide he looked at Corey then back at the pictures

"The rape kit came back inconclusive" I added 

"How do we not know that these two kids were drunk and made a bad decision and she doesn't want to be labeled as a whore so she lies and makes this story up" He spoke to the court
