It's a beautiful clear sky above New York city tonight. Not a cloud in the sky, and although the city lights are so bright, they are even a few stars that can be seen from the tall tower that is the Stark compound.

The Avengers are gathered around in the large living room on the top floor of the cement building. Tony Stark is behind the bar mixing himself a drink as the God of Mischief, Loki, tells him the story of the time his handsome brother Thor, decapitated the head of his grandfather's statue. Embarrassed to hear the story, again as Loki does like to share it, Thor walks over to them to claim another drink.

"Must you always tell that story, brother?" Thor lays a good heavy hand on Loki's shoulder. "I did free you from that ghastly cell in Asgard, did I not?"Looking annoyed and quite possibly a little sore from his brother's hand on him.

"Oh I apologize brother, I should have mentioned you're more brawn then you are wits. I had warned you that I was clearly the better pilot."
Thor visibly ticked off by that remark, took Loki and placed his head under his armpit and fondled his raven black hair all over the place.

"To think I brought you back to earth with me. What was I thinking?"
Loki, who pushes himself out from under Thor, straightens his hair with his sleek long fingers.

"Well that's the thing brother, you don't think. See? Brawn and no wits."

As the two brothers start bickering as they always do, Tony gets a phone call from the fire department. Ever since the Avengers have come to light about their existence, they've often teamed up with various gouvernement groups to help save and protect civilians when there aren't any other worldly threats. Captain Steve Rogers, who was sitting on the grey lounge sofa along with Natasha and Peter, was thrown off from his conversation with them as Tony hung up the phone and asked everyone to suit up.

"Capsicle, that was the fire dept and we need to leave, now. The hospital is on fire, there was an explosion. Don't know anything else for now. Let's go guys!"

"The hospital seriously? Who would bomb that place?" Peter asked curiously as he gets his suit ready.

"I dont know kid but let's go help out. I unfortunately know people who work there. Let's pray they're not hurt."

Natasha, upon hearing Captain's words, stops to look at him with eyes full of worry.

"You don't think she's hurt do you?"

"Let's hope not. We gotta go now!" Steve says as he brings his shield out to his back.

Thor uses Mjiorlnir to fly out the window along with Tony in his ironman suit and Peter with his webs. Natasha, Loki and Steve get downstairs to start up the motorbikes and speed right out of the tower towards the hospital.

"Hey Loki why are you using one of our bikes exactly?" Natasha says driving right next to him. Steve looks at him with a teasing smile on his lips.

"Can't you teleport places?"

"I cannot transport myself to place I have never been. I'm not a location tracker device like you mortals have here on Midgard." Loki getting annoyed of the comments from his comrades speeds further ahead of them. He stops the bikes a few feet away from all the police tapes that surround the burning building.

Once off their bikes, the three of them approach Tony, Peter and Stark who are already there getting more details from the police and fire departments.

"Ok so they still don't know the cause of the explosion but they are still civilians inside. We need to help them get out. The fire is already out of control. The fire department says it'll take awhile to diminish the flames unless we help." As Tony walks up to everyone, he points to the last floors of the building. "The civilians that are left inside should be on the last two floors but they can't be sure 100% so i suggest Thor and I start the bottom floors and work out way up. You can use Mjiorlnir to scatter the smoke, I can hose everything I can down. This way we can make a path for the others to get out from the top of the building." Steve puts a hand on Tony's shoulder.
