Shame on those who
carry one's struggle like a trend;
Stop insulting people
whose wish is for your cover ups
to end.Shame on those who
"Don't know", and most especially to those who "Don't care";
It's your "not knowing" that brought this country to shrug off their guilt,
To walk away from the scene whilst flipping their hair.Shame on those who
ridicule romance, those who wave it around like it must happen everyday;
Stop filling my feed with storms you create and avoid, don't blame the huge waves for washing you away.Shame on those who
walk around like their family doesn't exist;
Shame on those who are either misogynistic, homophobic, or racist.Shame on those who
create a division against someone
when they had just proven you wrong;
Those who read Bible verses
and preach as if this world is young.I am ashamed of having
to write a poem people don't even
bother to read;
If aesthetics are all you have,
your aesthetics are society's betrayal and greed.
