The Evil Queen hated Snow White
because she is not her
Envy is a feeling so twisted, no good will ever lighten one's sensibility;
But did the Queen truly despise the princess for being someone who's not her
Or because Snow White was someone who was her, but exceedingly?

Snow White wouldn't have accepted the apple if she knew it was the Queen who gave it to her
She felt lighter impressions all because the Queen appeared as someone she's not;
It's complicated, it's like the dark forests
It's like approaching someone who isn't what they were before
It's accepting an apple that's not yet rot.

The Queen sent a hunter after Snow White
The hunter saw Snow White as no one else but the person the Queen wanted him to get rid of
But he didn't do it, he didn't kill;
Identity is a flower so beautiful, all other plants envy
Identity is a flower so fresh, humans empathize and love
Empathy is the clouds over the sea and hills.

Identities and Responses, Us/Them pronouns, they twist our persona so much
There are too many windows to look through, too many fog covering the light;
If there's only one thing I question in the fairytale, if there's one thing that goes beyond identity and response
It's how the Prince loved Snow White when she wasn't alive.
