My skirt rippled as the stadium's atmosphere stirred.

The familiar yet indescribable sensation of the aroused air tickled the tips of my fingers.

Judging by the attentive hush that fell over the stands, the spectators seemed to sense the air's agitation as well.

Raising my arms, I took command of the winds, taking the brunt of their elemental energy on my shoulders.

At first, the strain on my muscles was substantial, but once I got the air flowing, adrenaline coursed through my body. It eased the pain considerably.

A large vortex formed around me. As it picked up speed, It sucked in the fragments of concrete that Kirishima tore through.

Once I was satisfied with the amount of hazardous debris swirling around me, I started compressing the whirlwind into an orb.

Glancing up, I noticed that my powers were eroding the stones, turning some of them into smaller gravel and even sand.

Works for me.

It's just a quick sketch, but I wanted yall to know the vibes.

By now, Kirishima had realized what I was doing and sprinted towards me

By now, Kirishima had realized what I was doing and sprinted towards me.

Taking the storm off of my shoulders, I hurled it at Kiri to keep him from reaching me.

He was quickly caught up in my mini-tornado. Just as I planned, he was too preoccupied with protecting his face to attack.

"You know, I noticed in training that your eyes don't harden with the rest of your body," I spoke, still controlling my quirk. "Neither does the inside of your mouth."

I crunched the windstorm even smaller, compressing it around him.

"I wouldn't open my eyes if I were you. Sand in the eye sounds like it would be rough, but you know what sounds worse? Sand in the lungs! So I wouldn't try breathing either."

I held my power over the wind, waiting for some sort of conceding gesture, but he stayed in his defensive stance.

He looked so vulnerable with his arms feebling covering his face.

My heart softened at his helplessness, and I mentally pleaded that he would concede. As the seconds ticked by, I worried that he would refuse to concede.

Come ON, Kiri! I don't want to hurt you!

Panicking, I considered letting up, but before I could, he raised his hand.

"Done! I'm done," he coughed with the last of his breath.

I immediately dissipated the storm, and he fell to his knees, gasping lungfuls of air.

"Y/n L/n wins!" Midnight declared.

Kirishima stood up and hurried past me, and I noticed that tears rimmed his eyes, threatening to spill over.
