Having an affair with arnbjorn....

It started as just harmless flirting and snarky quips at each other until you and him were sent off on a contract together..then stuff got out of hand and next thing you know you found yourself waking up in a pair of muscular arms belonging to one certain husband of your leader.

From then on you two attempted to stay away from each other but as luck would have it, you just couldn't resist.

If you happened to be a werewolf like him, the phases leading up to a full moon would be the most difficult times to conceal your little trysts. Then would be the times that your bestial hunger would take control of your senses.

After a month or so of these poor attempts of keeping your distance, he does the unthinkable kisses you in his and astrid's shared bedroom while the woman was out arranging some new contract to throw your way.

Once that event happened, you and him started confiding in each other more often and even more so often would land in each other's beds when his wife was away or the two of you went on "hunts".

As a matter of fact, it on one of these notorious hunts that Arnbjorn realizes something truly terrible, something that would get him in the kind of trouble he won't be able to get out of. He was in love with you, more than he was with his wife when they were wed and certainly more than he was now with her, especially with her newfound methods of ignoring him for the sake of the brotherhood.

So as much as he wanted this to just be a fling, he soon finds out he is trapped by himself.

On one hand, he knows you could single handedly take the brotherhood seeing your ability with thu'um but on the other he still didn't want his former love to somehow destroy you or you her.

However this whole facade of just being siblings of darkness comes crashing down whenever you cane back from a rough job gravely injured. All the family knew something was up whenever him of all people jumped to his feet to help you and do his best to preserve your life. Even if that meant snapping at Gabrielle and staying posted at your bedside.

Somehow you and him were able to just smoothly blame it on a purely platonic bond but all your "family" knows that once Astrid leaves, there will be more marks on the both of you mysteriously appearing. Not a soul would tell though.
