Some dudes and their dating preferences

Brynjolf:

Contrary to what some might believe, Brynjolf is satisfied with anything that takes you both away from "work." He loves his job and having you as his boss is a dream come true but it's wonderful to get away from it all every now and again. So, Brynjolf considers dressing down in some everyday "townsfolk" clothes and taking a carriage ride to some small town like Ivarstead to be a wonderful night well spent with the love of his life. Bonus points if he can end the night sitting with you cuddled into his side, a warm ale in one hand and your own gentle grasp in the other with a bard singing in the background.

Miraak:

Had you asked him several thousands of years ago when he was still a highly respected priest, he would've smirked and told you that only the very best of the best would do. He would've held a ball in your honor just for the hell of it, dressing the both of you up in lavish noble clothes and drinking the night away with wine that was more expensive than you'd desire to imagine.

But..now that things are the way they are, he enjoys the simpler things in life. Due to being unable to see it for so long, Miraak often chooses to have little dates where you can see the sky. His favourite occasions include having some candles lit nearby, the both of you laid down on the plush cold grass. He'd pull you impossibly close, pointing at stars and rambling on about the constellation they made. This was perfect to him.

Farkas:

It might sound silly, but farkas's favourite way to "go on a date" is simply stay in and spend some quality time together. He'll lock his quarter's door and plop down on the bed, smiling brightly as you joined him. He usually doesn't like talking but with you he just couldn't get enough, adoring the way you'd listen to him and then he'd pay back the favor. Nothing sexual even has to happen for Farkas to consider it a good time, so long as he makes you smile once or twice, he's happy.

Anyone who dares even attempt to interrupt shall see the extent of the usually gentle natured man's displeasure.

Vilkas:

He absolutely adores going on morning walks with you. Even if it isn't exactly a "date" date, it counts to him. Something about watching the sunrise light up your eyes makes his heart skip a beat, sometimes even making it hard for him to speak for a moment.

Ulfric:

Crazily enough, Ulfric's ideal date is to go horseback riding with you. Often times instigating a race, making ridiculous bets with you all the way to the finish line. He never fails to have someone set up a picnic style layout awaiting your arrival, where he smugly waits, already pouring you a glass of wine. In all honesty, he doesn't really have a specific favourite though. He relishes any time he gets to spend with you that isn't him barking orders and otherwise staying completely professional as your jarl and military leader.
