Dragonborns, or even those with the blood of the dragon like St. Alesia, are prone to hoarding specific items of interest. For instance, before apocrypha, miraak loved to hoard books and soul gems. In addition to this, they have a whole lot of other dragon qualities as well. Like another example, when confronted in initial distress they are for more likely to raise their voice first. (I think all dragonborns likely have a strong voice as well.)
