Viola entered the common room next to Ginnys side as Ginny stumbled through the portrait hole carrying Ron.
"It's okay Ron. It's all right. It doesn't matter" Ginny said trying to snap Ron from his haze.
"It does matter" Viola laughed, that was the best thing I've witnessed in ages!"
Ginny snickered slightly as Ron dropped down on the sofa next to Harry.
"What happened to you?" Harry asked
"Oh! I'll tell the story. So i was walking with my Friends Lea and Lillia and their friends at Beauxbatons. Suddenly, Ron comes up to us and asks Fleur out! It's was priceless. You should of seen her face Potter"
"What?" Hermione said rushing over
"What did she say?" Harry asked
"No of course" Viola rolled her eyes obviously
Ron shook his head slowly
"She said yes?!" Hermione asked
"Don't be silly" Ron sighed "there she was, walking by, you know how I like it when they walk"
Viola scrunched her face up in disgust.
"I couldn't help it, it just slipped out"
"And now he looks like a massive twat" Viola grinned as Hermione shot her a warning glare
"Actually, he sort of screamed at her, it was a bit frightening" Ginny added
"What did you do then?" Harry pushed
"What else? I ran for it!" Ron exclaimed as Viola laughed louder
"I'm not cut out for this Harry. I don't know what's got into me" Ron said with his head in his hands.
"You can always go with Viola" Hermione suggested
"Er what- no the fuck he cannot" Viola answered back " I've already got a date"
"Really? Who?!" Hermione asked
"Come on, let's go to the dorms and I'll tell you" vi said dragging Hermione away from the boys.
Viola entered her dorm to find a package on her bed. A letter a top of it.
Hi Vi, Your dad and I miss you very much and cannot wait to see you at Christmas. I have heard all about the Ball and no worries my favourite daughter I have gifted you a dress. Yes I know, I am the best mum in the world. It was especially made in Paris for you. I have a few friends over their from modelling jobs that helped me out. Also! Since when were you going to tell me that you're going with Mattia?! I can't believe I had to hear from Georgine! Anyways, do everything I would do and more That means let's loose by the way Love your fav Parent Mum

Viola smiled at the letter and placed in on her bed while she took the lid off the box. Inside laid a beautiful gold, shimmering long dress. Viola wasn't surprised at the beauty of it. She knew her mother had good taste.
Lifting it out of the box she put it on a hanger to get a better look at it. The top of the dress had sort of a tight fitting bustier corset while the flowing material draped down. In the skirt there was a high slit that could perhaps be argued to be slightly inappropriate for a school dance but she'd probably manage to get away with it. The glowing material trailed slightly on the floor.
"Oh that's so beautiful!" Hermione exclaimed looking over the dress
Viola went to put the box away, when she picked it up it seemed too heavy. Looking down she saw a pair of matching gold strappy heals.
"Merlin mum, you've done it again" Viola shook her head in amazement.
