After last night, things were definitely a lot tense at Anne's house.
Harry hadn't been very talkative lately and I could tell that what had happened yesterday was extremely upsetting for him. I can't imagine how badly it must feel to see someone who was nothing but abusive to you as a child. Especially, in the state that Thomas came in.
Another thing Harry had been pissed about was the fact that Lenny was there to witness it.
Although it was only a short amount of time that she'd been there, it was enough to know that the man standing in the house was not friendly. She'd questioned us about him and all Harry could really tell her was that it was her grandpa, who wasn't the nicest person.
Thomas hadn't ever seen Lenny before.
He'd known about me being pregnant but he really didn't want much to do with Harry when he'd found out. Not that he didn't want much to do at all with him in the first place. But in his eyes, both of us having a child at such a young age only proved further of how much of a disappointment Harry was. It's something that Harry has talked about before.
Right now, we were headed towards Gemma's clothing shop. Along the way, she'd talked about her plans and how lucky she'd felt to finally have a little place of her own that she could sell her clothes in.
Behind me was Harry, holding my hand while we followed Gemma into the little blue building. Lenny was back with Anne at her place for a while. She said something about wanting to spend enough of time with Lenny before we were back home and obviously we weren't going to say no.
"This looks beautiful Gemma." I gasp out once we're inside.
The first half of the shop starts off with racks filled of clothes in the entrance. Along with shirts, colorful dresses and a ton of other clothing items on the walls. It was a very cute and small place. It's crazy to think that everything in this little shop was designed by Gemma.

"Thank you." Gemma laughs shyly. "I had a bit of help from a couple of friends but this is it."
"I'm proud of you, Gem." Harry says with a smile on his face. "Look at everything you've done."
