Chapter 20: Back At The Studio

The next morning

Leon's (POV)
I woke up and saw Violetta out of bed and sitting by the window, waiting for dawn to break. I got up and realised that she was cold, so I got one of the blankets and put it around her and sat next to her.

Leon: Good morning love, why are you up so early?

Violetta: Morning. I couldn't sleep last night. I've been sitting here the entire night, waiting for a shooting star to appear.

Leon: And why were you waiting for a shooting star?

Violetta: So that I can wish for things to be different.

Leon: I'm assuming you're talking about how things went last night?

Violetta: How did Fran and I end up like this?

Leon: Some friendships last forever and some just don't.

Violetta: Yet the three of you were the ones I thought was going to be forever, but it's only you. You won't leave me, right?

Leon: You're my light switch, babe.

Violetta: Your light switch?

Leon: Yeah, every time I see you, you turn me on.

Violetta: Aww, that's cute. Cheesy, but cute. I'll always be by your side, I hope you know that.

Leon: I do, and I'll always be on top of you.

She pulled away quickly as she was stunned about what I said.

Leon: Or under you, your choice.

I gave her a flirtatious wink while she rolled her eyes at me.

Violetta: A little horny today aren't we Mr Vargas?

Leon: Indeed we are Mrs Vargas.

Violetta: That's the reason baby number 3 is on its way.

She gave me a kiss on the cheek and then on the lips. Resisting the urge to continue, I pulled away slowly. 

Leon: I wish I could spend every day like this, with you. But instead, this afternoon I have a photoshoot, then a few meetings.

Violetta: We have to take the kids to the studio today though.

Leon: Yes, but that's in the morning. It won't clash with my work.

Violetta: Why don't we have a date tonight, right here in the house?

Leon: A normal date, or a "I want to make love to you" date.

Violetta: We can do both, or... You can choose if you want.

Leon: I'd like the second one please!

She chuckled as she knew that I was going to choose the latter.

Violetta: Alright, it's a date. Now we have some time to spare, what do you want to do?

Leon: Why don't we go to bed?

I pulled her bra strap slowly down and ran my fingertips up and down her shoulder. She came closer to me and whispered in my ear.

Violetta: Yeah, let's go sleep.

Leon: I didn't mean sleep, but if that's what you want.

Violetta's (POV)
I knew what he meant, but I was way too tired, so we went back into the bed and cuddled for an hour before getting up again. After we did our usual morning routine, I went to greet the twins. I first went to Liam's room, but he wasn't there, so I went to Lia's room and found them both on her bed, talking.
