You lied back into your bed at you stared out the window. It was night. Being so far from city lights meant you could see every single star in the sky. It was one of the most beautiful sights you had ever seen. Everything was so peaceful and quiet, both of which were environments you weren't used to. Hogwarts proved itself to be a better escape every day.
You fell back into your bed and closed your eyes, taking in the serenity of the night.
Until you heard a knock at your window.
"What the hell?"
You sat back up to open the windows and look outside, but the moment you sat up you saw, low and behold, George Weasley on his broom. He was smiling and waiting for you to open the window. You giggled and rushed to open it.
"What are you doing up here?"
"Well don't make me say it." He stared down at the grass hoping you would interject. "I couldn't figure out the riddle."
You laughed and covered your hand with your mouth. George blushed and softly giggled.
"You wouldn't have been able to enter the dorms anyway. So why the window?"
"I figured this was the safest way." He smiled and looked up at you, like a puppy dog.
"And since when has 'safe' been a concern of yours?" As you began to speak you leaned in and rested your elbows on the windowsill. Your arms folded on top of each other as you looked up flirtatiously. You knew what you were doing.
He began to blush as he saw you lean over, unintentionally seductively. He looked down and saw your cleavage peeking out from your night gown. He began to blush much harder. But he caught himself and looked up at your eyes again.
"I guess you could say you've changed me, Lestrange." His iconic smirk began to form yet again.
"Also, I have goods to worry about damaging this time." He reached over to his pocket and pulled out a handkerchief. He handed it to you. You unfolded the knot and saw two delicious pastries inside.
"Oh these look delicious!" You were so pathetically happy to see some sweets. Maybe it was because you had a sweet tooth, or maybe it was because they were from George. Either way, you were practically melting from joy.
"You couldn't have waited till tomorrow?" You gathered yourself and looked back up at George. You looked at him sarcastically, raising one eyebrow.
"These things expire you know. You homeschoolers have so much to learn." He leaned in on his broom.
"Maybe you would want to enjoy these together?" You were shooting your shot. Nervous, but so blinded by adrenaline it didn't show. He was obviously surprised at your confidence (that was more his thing until you came along) He turned his broom around.
"Hop on. We can sneak into the astronomy tower." He looked over his shoulder at you. You were startled, you were still wearing your pyjamas. With a few adjustments you could turn it into a...sexy...dress?
"Give me a minute."
"I can't wait out here forever love." He turned back around, hoping to get a peek at you changing. But you angrily closed the blinds in his face.
You looked at yourself in the mirror. What you currently had on was a long sleeve and loosely fitted shirt that drifted past your thighs and no pants. This was too bold a statement for what might be a first date. So you silently tiptoed over to the wardrobe, trying not to wake Luna, and pulled out a large, navy blue sweater and some black jeans. You put on a few rings on your fingers -including you and Lunas matching ones- and played with your hair to make it seem naturally voluptuous, and not as though you hadn't brushed it. One last look in the mirror and you were ready to go. You opened up the window again and climbed out.
"Ok I'm going to bring the broom closer," before he could finished you jumped out and onto the broom, pastries in hand. You flung your arm around his waist and pushed up against him.
"Onward!!" You screamed as you pointed to toward the moon. George laughed out loud and moved the broomstick to point toward the tower.
"We're going there, stupid." You laughed as well and tried again.
"Onward!" This time pointing at the tower, not too far off in the distance.
"That's it." He giggled and off you two went.
