"You see that star? I'm gonna name him Fred." You leaned against the ledge of the tower next to George.

"I'll pretend I didn't hear that." He shook his head as he looked up at the sky. He dramatically turned to you in a moment of realization, "and after I fed you sweets!"

"One of which exploded! It was a delicious mess." You giggled and played with the rings on your hand. Pulling them on and off, twisting them around your fingers, until George spoke again.

"You like rings huh?" He flipped around to look at you, his back to the railing.

"I like fashion, clothes, accessories. All that jazz." You looked down at your hands that had several silver rings on them. "I do have a soft stop for rings though. I don't know why, they just feel more individual next to each other." You were staring at the rings in your hands, admiring their glow in the moonlight. George was admiring the way your eyes glimmered in the moonlight. He was melting each time you looked up at him and met his eyes.

"I'll keep that in mind."

Whatever that was supposed to mean, it have you butterflies.

"What about you?"

"What about me?"

"In terms of jewelry. Do you like rings, necklaces, earrings," you were about to go on.

"Do I look like I have ear piercings?" He led out a breath of air and smiled.

"I'm not one to judge. Fashion has no gender, Georgie, get with the times."

"I most definitely agree with you." He stepped forward and knelt closer toward you. "I just mean you can tell I don't have any piercings. Look," he knelt his head down close to you and used one hand to pull back his hair. "See? None."

There was a moment of silence as you leaned closer. You lips were millimetres apart, but like magnets they found a way to each other. He brought his head down and moved his lips onto yours, slowly kissing you. He stopped and pulled back a few inches. He looked you in the eye, waiting for a response. You stepped forward and put your hands on his checks and brought his head down to you again. You kissed him, slowly, but deeper each time. His hands were still on the railing of the tower, but he brought one to your head and pulled you in. You both could have gone forever, but slowly you both began to slow down and eventually pull away.

"Wicked." He was smiling like the cocky idiot he was.

"Wicked." You smiled and laughed as you stepped forward again. You both were laughing.

"That's my thing!"

"And what's Fred, paparazzi?" He were subtly laughing as you lightly pushed him in the chest.

"Smart young lady you are, Lestrange." He leaned in closer and went in for another kiss.

"I know." You kissed again, and again, smiling and laughing, wrapping your arms around each other. The night went on and on, and by the end of it you both were walking down the grass outside the Ravenclaw tower holding hands.

"Take me up, Georgie." You both stood at the base of the tower the night began.

"As the lady wishes." He pulled out his broom and sat on it, gesturing for you to get on. You sat on to and pulled yourself toward him again, wrapping your arms around him tighter than necessary. He flies you up to your window. You left it unlocked so it was easy to open. You climbed in. But before George could fly away you grabbed his shirt collar and pulled him in close to you, your lips yet again inches apart.

"No goodbye kiss?" You pouted.

He kissed you passionately before he pulled away, your eyes still clinging to each other. He turned and flew away. Before he was out of sight, he turned and waved to you. You stuck your head out the window and waved back at him. And just like that the night was over.
