"Check out the hotties at 4 o'clock!" Aiko squealed as her eyes glanced behind you.
Umi's ears perked up at the claim, as she straightened up immediately. "Where?"
She followed Aiko's gaze and whistled as her eyes roamed over them. Aiko rose her hand and waved flirtatiously at them. "Make it more obvious, why don't you Aiko?" You chuckled before glancing behind you to see what they were practically drooling about.
You say a group of four people huddled around the bar nearby. Three of which were male and one female, they seemed to have noticed Aiko's action as their gazes turned on you three. They talked amongst themselves, amused smiles on their faces.
Aiko squealed, "Y/n, that guy is totally checking you out!"
You turned to face her quickly, eyes widened in slight shock, "I'm married!" You exclaimed at her, giving her a look as if to question whether she lost her mind. "And he's probably checking you guys out, not me."
Umi beamed at you, "no way, he was totally trying to catch your eye. Look!"
You rolled your eyes and you raised your hands playfully as to surrender to her claims. You turned to amuse her and find the culprit only to make eye contact with a familiar pair of golden eyes.
Wait, that's Hawks! Your eyes widened at the new discovery. No wonder Umi had a mischievous glimmer in her eyes.
His eyebrow quirked as his head tilted in confusion, seeming to analyze you. He suddenly smirked slightly at you and waved. His eyes moved to look at the person beside you his eyes then widening in amusement.
You could hear Aiko fawn behind you while Umi chuckled. "He is fine," Aiko teased, wiggling her eyebrows playfully.
"And he's coming this way!" She yelped suddenly, the two gawked at him as he made his way over to your table after excusing himself from his group.
"Hey, neighbor!" He greeted placing a warm hand on your shoulder, nodding in acknowledgment to Umi.
"You two are neighbors?" Aiko gaped, "so you must be familiar with each other then?"
"Well, I'd like to consider us friends."
"Yeah right," Umi mumbled under her breath which she tried to cover up by pretending to clear her throat.
You gave her a questioning look. "Hawks is a great guy. He and Umi work together sometimes when they're fighting villains. You would love him, Aiko."
"A great guy, eh?" Aiko mumbled so that only Umi could hear.
"Who we'd love?" Umi continued, they both looked at each other knowingly.
"What are you two on about?" You spoke up, raising an eyebrow at them suspiciously.
