Isaac is 19 because he actually repeated a grade.
Lucas is 18.
Kyle is 18. And, no, Lucas and Kyle are not twins. Siblings can be born in the same year. I searched it. You can too if you want it.
And Jayden is 17.
Noah and Tyler are adopted and are both 17. Same age as Jay. Noah and Tyler are not siblings. Before they were adopted, they were both friends who's just coincidentally the same age as the other.
And Sam is 15

As for the ages in this story, it's up to you, to be honest. I forgot what age they were when I was writing this but I hope you guys can come up with something. But if u want, her brothers are still in highschool, yes, all of them are in highschool. There are her cousins too, Xendrix here is like older than Sam as well as Dan.
