"Hey Sammy!"
I turn around and saw Noah and Jayden.
"Oh, hey gu--What happened?"
The two of them were panting, sweat was trickling down of their foreheads. Their hands were braced on their knees as they try to regain their breaths.
"It's... " Jayden panted tiredly. "This guy's fault."
I look at Noah expectantly, my arms crossed over my chest.
He raised his hands in surrender. "Okay. It's kinda my fault."
"Kinda?" Jayden and I said in unison.
He pouted. "Fine. It's completely my fault but I need you to listen first!"
"Oh the joys of being his brother." Jayden sarcastically said.
I snickered. "Agree."
"Hey! Don't gang up on me now. We're now in this together."
"What did you do this time?"
"Well... I kinda have pissed off everyone." He smiled sheepishly.
"Pissed off." I repeated, raising a questioning brow at him. "How?"
"He shaved Kyle's hair, and I don't how he got away but threw Tyler into the swimming pool, burned Lucas' treats and what did you do to the rest, Noah? Tell us, what did you do." Jayden demanded. His arms crossed. He's like a parent scolding a naughty child.
The latter smirked. "I threw Isaac's wallet in the swimming pool—That was an accident, I swear— Then for Daniel and Xendrix... I forgot."
Jayden sighed loudly, he pinched the bridge of his nose. "You poured a bucket of water at Daniel who was reading a book. Now it's nothing but damp papers. You took Xendrix's teddy bear and I have no clue where you hid it."
I snorted. "I can't believe that you got away with that."
"He's not even ashamed of what he'd done!" Jayden added, pointing an accusing finger at Noah.
"Nope." Noah grinned happily. "Oh and the secret behind me getting away is that I blamed all three of us here. I said that we were planning on this all along. Surprisingly, along the way, I found you two."
"So, that means that they're running here to get us?"
Jayden nodded. "Precisely."
"They were fuming!" Noah said in amusement. "They were shouting and I'm glad that we lost them, right Jay?"
Jayden grumbled. "I felt like I was chased by a bunch of t-Rex."
"Oh great." I threw my hands up in the air. "We're going Jurassic Park now."
I was on my way to see Hayley to borrow a book but I guess I have other plans now.
Noah nodded. "So we better run before they--"
"HEY! YOU A-HOLES!"
"Sh*t..." Noah mumbled and I sighed.
Great. Great! This is just absolutely lovely."Let's feed Noah to the dinosaurs." Jayden pushed Noah forcefully to the ground, grab my hand and made a run for it.
"Hey! No fair, Jay! " Noah grumbled, scrambling to stand up and ran after us while my brothers plus Daniel and Xendrix are also running towards us.
"I hate you Noah, d-don't talk to me again..." I grumbled as Jayden pulls me like a rag doll.I'm not a good runner so this feels like torture. I feel like I'm getting played by a bunch of children who doesn't care about their toy. I'm a toy doll.
