Chapter 10

"Guys I'm going out with Hayley and Leo!"

Before I could reach the doorknob to freedom, Tyler went in front of me with his arms crossed over his chest.

I huffed in annoyance at this. One by one, my brothers were surrounding me, making me look like a helpless bullied person because of how intimidating they look right now!

I smiled sweetly at them. "Pretty please?"

"Where are you going?" Kyle really wants to be straight to the point right now huh?

"I'm hanging out with Hayley and Leo." I said confidently. "You know those two and I am pretty sure that you asked Leo if he was gay so what's the problem now?"

That's true. My brothers aren't even ashamed of asking Leo if he was gay. Well that idiot said yes without a moment of hesitation and started to ask if they have started to notice him or something like that.

Seriously... Leo could be a real idiot sometimes.

"And where exactly are you three going?"

I sighed loudly at this delay.

"We're only going to this cafe that Leo suggested then after that I'm going home."

"How long will that take, Sammy bunny?" Noah asked with a cold tone.

I was not fazed by this and I only gave them an impassive look. Better give them an answer than be stubborn and delay this any further, right?

"I'll be here before five."

"Make that four." Isaac decided making me groan at this.

This is so unfair.

"Fine!" I growled as I crossed my arms. "I'll be here before four, happy?"

Like a curse that has been lifted, my brothers went back to their original happy moods. They hugged me, wishing me a happy day with my friends.

"Don't talk to strangers okay, kiddo?" Kyle ruffled my hair while I only grumbled.

"No boys and buy what is healthy for you, okay?" Lucas briefly hugged me. I nodded.

"I'll call I promise. I'll be back before four and I swear if you guys stalk me I will really throw a tantrum here." I glared at the not so innocent looks that my brothers were giving me. I narrowed my eyes at them.

"I'm serious."

Jayden snorted and rolled his eyes. "Okay buttercup, we know. Cross our hearts that we won't follow you or even ruin your day today."

"Are you sure you're not lying?"

"Are you going or are we just going to continue standing in front of the door and ask some questions until your time is up?" Isaac asked me. My brothers walked aside, letting me open the door. I let one last smile before walking outside.

Oh how I hope that they will keep their end of the promise.

"Hey baby Sammy!" Hayley waved enthusiastically at me. They were already in front of the cafe. I smiled at them and also greeted them.

"So this is the place you were talking about?" Asked Hayley when we entered the cafe. The atmosphere around it was warm and cozy. I wouldn't say homey since my home is always chaotic because of some special people...

The place look fancy, there was even a second floor in this place and the cafe was surrounded by a delicious smell.

'Of course it would be surrounded by a delicious smell. It's a cafe with food and drinks for crying out loud.' My subconscious insulted while I internally grumbled.

'Shut up!'

"Not just any cafe!" Leo excitedly said as we look for a seat. There's not a lot of people but Leo, being the choosy one in our group, wants to be in a corner near the window.

"Let me guess... Some famous students in our school are here." Hayley sarcastically said and Leo's eyes brightened.

He nodded enthusiastically while Hayley only grumbled.

I hummed in curiosity.

"So who's here in this cafe?"

"This is where Gabriel likes to chill!" Leo sighed dreamily. Well he's in dreamland again.

Gabriel.

I think I've heard of that name before.

"You mean that guy who hangs out with my brothers?" I piped up. Hayley nodded.

Oh so it's that creepy dude that was staring at our table with a creepy smirk.

"Well since we're already here, what do you want to order, babes?" Hayley asked us with a smile on her lips.

"I'll have what you'll have."

"If that's what you want." Hayley shrugged. "But don't blame me if you don't like the cake that I ordered."

"Then make it a tuna mayo sandwich." I quickly ordered causing her to laugh softly.

Leo decided to come with Hayley since he said that he doesn't trust Hayley to order what he wants. Maybe she'll order poison.

That's an exaggeration.

The three of us have been doing great as weeks go by. Even though our classes doesn't match sometimes, we still hang out and even though all Leo could do sometimes is talk about my brothers and other famous people, he is still entertaining and lively to be a friend, Hayley as well.

"Oh hey there little Stones."

I looked at the person who said that and my eyes widened when I saw Gabriel smirking down at me.

I don't know why but that smirk is just so annoying.

Makes me want to wipe it with my fist.

And did he just call me little Stones?

"Gabriel right?" I grit out my teeth, trying not to snap at him since he's acting like Kyle and Noah right now.

"In the flesh, Stones." He winked at me while I only grumbled internally.

"If you're asking me about why my brothers aren't here then because I don't need a babysitter." I lazily drawled out, leaning against my chair.

"That's not it, I want to ask why you're here?" His smirk grew deeper as if an evil thought went inside of his mind. "Did you perhaps follow me all the way here just to make a move on me?"

What?

"My, if you wanted me that badly then you could've just asked, little Stones." He lowly said, taking my chin in between his thumb and index finger while he moved his head closer to mine.

"What a bad b*tch."

I slapped his hand away from me and glared at him. He only smiled smugly at me.

Now I don't care if I break this guy's beautiful, well sculptured, stupid face.

"I don't do that stuff, Gabriel." I growled in irritation. "Don't treat me like I'm one of your whores."

He shrugged and walked away, leaving me all confused and mad.

'What the heck is his problem?' I thought to myself while looking out of the large window.

"What an annoying guy."
