"Are you sure that you'll call us if anything happens, baby?" Lucas gently asked as he caress my cheeks.
I chuckled and nodded at my worried big brother. "I'll be fine. I promise."
Lucas whined but he seems to be convinced with my words as he kissed my forehead then put his forehead with mine.
"Be safe, Sam... "
"I will." I whispered then turned to look at the rest of my brothers. When I woke up this morning, my brothers placed their whole attention on me.
I felt like a kid again.
They drove me to the school and I'm pretty sure that all of the students has been giving me a glare of jealousy.
Not that I care though.
They have their own problems while I have my own.
The idiots really acted like my personal bodyguards and didn't let me do anything. Actually, I was surprised to see all of the students in the hallway clearing the way for my brothers. They treated them like they were kings of the school. They acted very different too. I think they turned on a switch that I didn't even know.
Even Lucas, the gentle and understanding one, turned into a smirking, not-Lucas like him at all.
Which was cool but weird at the same time.
I've never seen them like that which was new for me.
They accompanied me to my first class (which was history) since they didn't trust me of going there on my own.
"See you later?" I asked, feeling extremely excited.
Noah groaned and gave me a tight hug. I was surprised but I returned his action and hugged him back with a small smile on my lips.
"So you have to call us when you're in trouble. Don't keep it inside and say that you're protecting us. That is just stupid. It is our job to protect you not the other way around. Introduce your friends to us. No boyfriends while you're only fifteen. You have to ask us permission if you want to go to a party and---"
I cut Noah off from rambling and laughed a little. "I get it, Noah! No need to get your panty in a twist."
He frowned at me. "I'm serious."
"I know that but you guys have been reminding me all morning. I probably memorized what you guys have been saying. I'll be fine, dude. Really."
He seems to be having a hard time believing me but he, nevertheless, nodded.
"You better make it out alive." Kyle growled as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"No boys. Don't embarrass us, Sam. " Tyler added seriously.
I rolled my eyes and scoffed. "Yeah whatever! I better go now. I'll see you later?"
"Yeah." Isaac gave me an encouraging smile. "Have fun."
I gave them one last reassuring smile before entering the classroom. Everyone seems to have their own group of friends to even notice me so I decided to look for an empty seat and luckily I found one just in time for the teacher to enter the room.
"Good morning everyone. I am John and I would be your homeroom teacher as well as your history teacher for this year."
The teacher continued with his introductions while I just leaned back on my chair and listened.
When the bell finally rang, I found myself going to my next lesson. When I got seated, someone tapped my shoulders. I turned and look at the person who did it.
