Alya's POV:
I should not have yelled at Adrien.
It was not his fault he lost his memory.
The guy had amnesia, and I was awful to him.
I could tell Marinette loved him.
Alya's POV:
I held onto the hope that Adrien's memory would return.
If not all of it, then, at least his memories of Marinette.
It would be nice if he recalled my engagement to Nino.
I agreed to postpone our wedding.
I knew it was because Nino could not visualize anyone other than Adrien as the best man. Plus, Marinette is the maid of honor.
Alya's POV:
I could tell this was all so new to us.
It was hard on everyone, but especially Marinette.
The way she held his hand as if she was afraid to lose him.
Man, it was sad, yet somehow beautiful, and romantic at the same time.
Too bad, he never knew how she felt about him.
Alya's POV:
I let Nino take me home so they could have some privacy.
I hoped Natalie would understand that Adrien needed time alone with Marinette.
I knew Adrien called Marinette "just a friend," but I hoped he would learn to love her.
I was sure Marinette was the only girl who loved him for himself and not his money.
