Alya's POV:
I got a text from Marinette. I rolled my eyes when I read it.
I can not believe Marinette blamed herself.
Goodness, it was not Marinette's fault Adrien lost his memory.
I had no clue why she thought otherwise.
I shrugged my shoulders.
I sent her a response to reassure her that she was always good to Adrien.
"Girl, you are always kind to him, Marinette. What else could you do differently, hmm?"
I was glad I let her know that she was not to blame.
I hoped things went well for her.
I put my phone back inside my pocket.
I was on a date with Nino.
No sense in ruining it.
"Nino, you are unusually quiet. What is on your mind, sweetheart?"
I felt him squeeze my hand.
As Nino turned to face me, I saw the sadness in his eyes.
I kissed him.
I saw him blush.
Good, I thought. It still cheered him up.
I hummed happily to myself as we walked to the arcade.
I attempted to shove the thought aside that this place would make a great double date with Adrien and Marinette.
I ran with Nino towards the games.
As I played ping pong with him, I won!
I could tell he was impressed.
Later, after the arcade, Nino walked me home.
I pondered if I should ask him what was troubling him.
I decided against it. I was sure I already knew the answer.
I hugged him and kissed him good night.
In all, it was a tuff day, but I was sure better days were on the way.
