Blood and Chocolate [Billy Hargrove/The Lost Boys]

Chapter 9

Everyone waited anxiously for the girl to elaborate on how she could help. "Im sorry sweetie, whats your name?" You asked bending down to her level. "I'm El." Said El. Nice to meet you El, I'm (Y/N)." You said kindly. "How can you help us?" Asked Marko who was leaning over the couch well David stared at El awaiting the responce as well. "I can help you guys walk in the daylight." Said El. "How?" Asked David. "I need your blood. Everyone of you." Said El confidently. You looked over at Steve who just shrugged his shoulders. "Do you need anything else?" You asked puzzled. "I need your earrings." Said El. You glanced over at Hopper who looked just as confused if not more than you.

You shrugged and began taking your earrings off your ears. It was a pair of earrings Marko bought you when you were in California. You never took them off.

You handed your earrings to El who grabbed them and ran into the kitchen to get a knife and a mixing bowl. You reached down and took Billy's earring off of him and handed his earring to El. The rest of the boys followed suit. She put all of the earrings in a bowl and handed you the sharp knife.

You sliced open the palm of your hand and squeezed your hand over the bowl to allow the blood to pour out. She nodded her head at you, silently telling you it was enough blood. You wiped the blood off of the blade on your pants legs and went over to slice open Billy's hand who was still sound asleep on the couch. El held the bowl under Billys hand well you took his hand in yours. You carefully took the tip of the knife and cut the palm of his hand and squeezed his hand over the bowl so the blood poured into it. Again El nodded her head to silently tell you it was enough. You wiped the blood on your pants leg again before handing the knife back to El who went over to the lost boys so they could do the same.

Billy slowly began to stir. "Hey, shh its okay. Take it slow big guy." You cooed. You noticed Marko tense up at this but shurgged it off. Billy's eyes fluttered open. "What happened?" Asked Billy as he slowly began to sit up. "This is El, she has a way to help us with our sunlight problem." You said nonchalantly. "Our?" Asked Billy confused. "Yeah, that's why they took me. To turn me into a hybrid. Half vampire, half werewolf. That's also why the boys are here too." You said shrugging. "Are you a full-" You cut Billy off. "Yes. Just like you and just like the boys over there too." You said chuckling. "Im sorry." Said Billy. "Its fine." You said before you looked back over El to see what she was doing.

She had collected everyone's earrings and blood into the large mixing bowl that she sat down between her legs on the floor. You watched her close her eyes. "I need everyone to be quiet." Said El sternly. You watched Paul and Marko give 'okay' signs before turning your head back to El. She was saying something you couldn't quiet understand before you heard what sounded like boiling. The only conclusion you came up with was the blood.

You looked at the time, the sun would be rising in fifteen minutes. You began getting anxious hoping it would work. "Finished." Exclaimed El proudly. She began handing the earrings back to everyone. When you got yours, you expected there to still be blood in the bowl but the blood was gone. Almost like it evaporated. "What happens now?" You asked still unsure of what you just witnessed. "Put the earrings on, they were a personal item of yours, plus mixed with your own blood, you will now be able to go out during the day." Said El smiling ear to ear at her handy work.
