"Congratulations, you have completed your quest" Yui said cheerfully.
Mysterion sat down, he couldn't help but smile.
"Did anything happen after I passed out?" he asked.
"They took you into the palace and bandaged you up, they have announced to the Kingdom about Kyontari's death, surprisingly everyone was happy. No one had any objections, and then they found Prince Sinou in the deepest dungeon you could have ever imagined, he is now going to take back his place as the ruler" Yui explained.
Mysterion crawled over to the pond, the water was all clear. Now that they had defeated Kyontari, he felt at peace. Mysterion could finally return home and see his friends again. He closed his eyes, once he opened them again Mysterion realized that he was on a guest bed in the palace. When he tried getting up, he checked his stomach for the wound. After he removed the bandages, all he saw was a deep dried up scar,
someone must have healed me... Mysterion thought as he got up the bed.
He wobbled to the door and walked out to the throne room, and saw a man who had dark purple hair, and light blue eyes sitting on the throne, reading a scroll. The man noticed Mysterion, and got up the throne, walking towards him. Mysterion saw his crown and realized that he must be Prince Sinou, well King Sinou now. He was about to bow, but then the king bowed at Mysterion unexpectedly.
"Thank you for saving my Kingdom" the new king blurted out gratefully.
Mysterion flushed red, he had never have anyone important bow down to him before, especially a king.
"OH- hehe, it's no problem your majesty" Mysterion said nervously scratching his head.
He heard a few voices behind him, Mysterion turned around to see his allies walking towards him. They exchanged smiles and started talking. Before he knew it, the sunrise had turned into a sunset, and they would have to leave soon.
The king had awarded Mysterion and his allies by giving them a title as the knights of the Kingdom, and they were free to visit anytime. Sinou had moved Ikari, Eisu, and Aoi to a higher rank in the army, and Mysterion knew that if the general was running the army, the Kingdom would stay strong. It was time for Mysterion and his friends to leave, they were standing at the inner bailey while to sun started to set.
"How do we get home?" Mysterion asked.
"You just need to raise your sword and think where you want to go" Yui explained.
Mysterion did as Yui said and the emerald glowed and in front of them a portal appeared. He was about to step into the portal, but he stopped and looked back. His other allies were standing not too far away from them, and they waved goodbye, Mysterion waved back at them.
The palace door suddenly slammed open and the king ran out, he stopped in front of Mysterion and handed him an emerald necklace, which looked like an exact replica of the one from Agar's pocket.
"If you ever need anything, just use this necklace and visit us, as a form of my gratitude" the king said while trying to catch his breath.
Mysterion looked at the shiny object and then wore it, a small smile formed on his face.
"Thank you" Mysterion said as he grinned.
They waved their goodbyes and then stepped into the portal; they were finally heading home.
