Raheem glanced around the room, he hated hospitals. He looked at his phone, one notification. He slid his screen down and looked at his message.

I'm missing you:( come c me, you let that girl come @ me wrong. Why?

The message was from Aaliyah. He shook his head, he wanted no dealings with no female unless their name was Kai Harris. He hadn't had any communication with her except when he sent her that message earlier and she never replied, he decided to call her. He searched for the name Baby and then hit the phone button. Ring. Ring. Ring. Voice message system. He wondered what she was doing, probably working he thought. He put his phone in his pocket when he seen the doctor he had spoken to fifteen minutes ago when he first arrived.

"Hi sir." The man said. He looked pale with multiple streaks of gray hair and his doctor attire. "I'm Dr.Cole." He said.

Raheem shook his head, bored. The man cleared his throat and glanced over the information his clipboard.

"The man's name is Angel Torso and he survived." Dr.Cole stated. "But he's in a coma, we are trying to find out how that happened. He is going to wake up though, we don't know when."

"Oh, cool. He got some family, I don't know him and I don't want to leave him up here by himself." Raheem asked, he would be back up there to find out why the man picked his mom's house to come to.

"He has parents who should be on their way and his kid's mom." He replied.

Raheem nodded and thanked Dr.Cole, then headed to the exit. He froze when he seen Damion with Sandra glued to his side and another female who looked young and favored Kai in lots of features. He seen both of the female's faces tear-streaked and Damion with a cold, hard look on his.

"Wassup, why you here?" Raheem questioned.

Damion wanted to ask Raheem the same thing but he couldn't at the moment, only thing that flowed his mind was his youngest daughter. He squeezed Sandra's hand and clenched his jaw before speaking.

"Kai had a-" He said before Raheem begin going in.

"What the fuck happened to Kai?"

"If you'd let me get the shit out, you'd know. She was in a car accident." Damion replied.

Tears came up in Raheem's eyes and he went up to the desk, another piece of bad news for him. His mind clouded with thoughts like when his father died, maybe he could've went and got her from work and that wouldn't have been happening. He blamed himself again.

"Kai Harris, what's the update on her?" He said.

The woman glanced up, examining his tears and the hurt look on his face. After finding Kai's name, she told him her update.

"Ms.Harris is in surgery and when they're done operating I could have a nurse come out and update you on her condition."

Raheem thanked her. He sat down with the other concerned people, then told Kai's family what was up. Damion knew his girl was gone be good, he had faith and plus she had always been a fighter. Sandra and Kai's older sister, Angela weeped in silence while both men had hard looks on their faces with tears around the rims of their eyes. Men never cry is what played over and over in Damion's head. That was something his dad had stored in his head when he was younger, but he was about to break, his youngest daughter in surgery and could possibly not make it out.

Six hours passed..

"Family of Kai Harris." A female nurse said.

Eight eyes opened up, alert. Damion almost broke his neck, racing up to the nurse. Raheem and the girls were right behind him, ears perked up.
