"Father," Will bowed in the throne room.

"Will, you have to find a suitor at the end of your coming of age party, or you won't become the next heir in line," King Apollo waved him off.

"But Father-!" Will stood up. He never liked this touchy subject. He has been looking for a suitor, but almost all of them either want him for his status or his money.

"Son, you need to find a spouse," King Apollo glared at Will. Will flinched and looked down.

"Fine Father... I'll find a suitor by the end of tonight," Will sighed.

"Good man," King Apollo smiled and dismissed his son.

"How'd it go?" One of Will's siblings was waiting outside the throne room. "Actually I can kinda tell by  how gloomy it is near you."

"I just don't understand," Will sighed and scratched the back of his head. "Why must I be the one who has to be the next king. I like medical aid and plants, I'm not a swordsman or an archer like our other siblings."

"Well at least you're kind and helpful. Our other siblings will most likely abuse the power," she responded.

"But—!" Will started.

"Brother!" Another one of Will's siblings walked up to him. "How'd the viewing go?"

"Is terrible an answer?" Will groaned.

"Calm down, you still have 5 days to find a way out of your... own... party... uhhhh... good luck?" He smiled.

"... helpful," Will sighed. Let's just get this over with.

"Now introducing, His highness, William Andrew Solace," the announcer hollered.

Many nobles and commoners bowed. Will walked out in his white and gold toga. A red and orange, fiery wreath representing royalty lay neatly upon his head. A long white silk cape dragged shortly behind him. People cheered as he bowed back and walked to the thrones.

He stood beside the king's chair. It's improper to sit down on the throne when someone else is in power. Although there was a designated throne for Will, he cannot sit there until he has a partner.

"Now introducing, the Crowned Prince of the Darkness Empire, Nico di Angelo" the announcer shouted. People were uneasy. It's very unusual for the royal family of Darkness Empire to arrive to a party. Especially the Sun Kingdom's. The Sun Kingdom and Darkness Empire had a quarrel not too long ago.

The dark haired boy walked through the doors. He was in a black toga. All the ornaments and jewels were dark black. A long black cape flowed behind him. Prince Nico looked as though he didn't sleep for years. Although people looked scared and uneasy, they bowed as well. Will definitely could tell that Nico sighed in discomfort. Nico bowed politely at Will and walked off to the observation booth.

"Will, you saw all the ladies and men here. Anyone stand out to you?" Apollo coughed.

"Prince Nico?" Will wasn't paying attention to his father.

Apollo spit out his nectar, "I-I'm sorry?"

"Wait, what was the question?" Will turned his head towards his father.
