CHAPTER 6: Butterflies

It's the next day. School is done. Ashley is bored and decides to see if Sun Hi, Jodi and Corki are in their room. She knocks on the door. No answer. She knocks again, to be 100% sure, but again, no answer.

Ashely: *thinks* Maybe they're at Ry-Ri.

She goes to Ry-Ri. She walkes in, but doesn't see the girls anywhere. She turns around to walk out, but then...

Caleb: Ashley... Right?

Ashley: *turns around* Caleb? Yep, I'm Ashley.

Caleb: Hey, um. We might have started off on the wrong foot. I didn't mean anything with the whole 'We don't give autographs'-thing. Sorry.

Ashley: Oh, it's totally fine. It must be irritating if people ask you for photo's or autographs all the time.

Caleb: Actually, no one does. I'm not that popular.

Ashley: Not popular, but then having a big crowd dancing to your music? I doubt it.

Caleb: Let's just say I'm not the best at socializing.

Ashley: Noted.

Caleb: *smiles*

Ashley: You're a DJ, right?

Caleb: I do make some sick beats sometimes.

Ashley: I'll take that as a yes... Can I hear something?

Caleb: Oh... Um... Yea, sure. One second.

Ashley: I have all day.

Caleb runs backstage. 10 seconds later he comes back with a laptop. He places the laptop on a table and plays one of the tracks.

Ashley: That's really good! *starts dancing*

Caleb: Thanks! I worked really hard on it.

Ashley: It's got a good beat. I get why XO-IQ is so loved. They have the best DJ ever!

Caleb: Wow... That's um... Really nice. Anyways. *clicks on the laptop*

The music stops within a second. The entire vibe is gone.

Ashley: Wow, why the hurry?

Caleb: I got to go... somewhere. Don't know where yet. But bye. We're cool right?

Ashley: Yea, of course.

Ashley watches Caleb run out of Ry-Ri, and right at that moment Sun Hi, Jodi and Corki walk in. Caleb yells a quick 'hi' and then continues his way out.

Jodi: Where is he going?

Ashley: "Somewhere. Don't know where yet". Is he always like this?

Corki: Confusing? Yes. Always.

Ashley: Weird.

Sun Hi: You'll get used to it. After 3 years...

Ashley: Oh god...
