CHAPTER 21: The Masterplan 2.0

Ashley and Caleb are still standing there, almost like they are statues. Then, without knocking, someone barges into the room.

Sun Hi: Hi guys! How is it going with the songs?

Ashley and Caleb finally unfreeze and their awkward aura quickly changes into them being ready to deny everything.

Ashley: Aaah yes... songs... great progress here. For sure! Leave the songs to us!

Caleb: Us... Sounds pretty god!

Ashley quickly looks a Caleb. If looks could kill, Caleb would be 6 feet under the ground right now.

Caleb: Yea... I'm going to go to my dorm before I say anything stupid. *runs out of the room*

Ashley: Hmm, I wonder how long it will take him to realized that he just walked out of his own dorm... Anyways- Why did you come Sun Hi?

Sun Hi: Just checking up. Did you guys fix some extra concerts?

Ashley: We did! Didn't you read our text?

Sun Hi: Hmm, maybe I did read it. But anyways, great work! When is the next one we have?

Ashley: Tomorrow 7pm.

Sun Hi: Awesome! Bye!

Sun Hi also leaves the room. Ashley stays behind, but doesn't stay long. She just looks around a few times and then grabs her notebook and leaves. She goes to her dorm, but when she walks into her dorm there's a boy she hasn't met before standing in her room. She quickly recognizes his face and comes to the conclusion that it's the boy from the big photo on the sketchbook.

Linc: Hello Ashley.

Ashley: Excuse you? What are you doing here?!

Linc: I want to take down XO-IQ and I want you to help we with that.

Ashley: Wow-wow easy there. What makes you think that I would help you? I don't even know you.

Linc: You would get to hang out with the best boy group of Mackendrick, and you will be known as the manager of the most iconic band of the century. L3 is THE band. We have everything

Ashley: Hmm, too bad I'm already manager of the most iconic band of the century, their called 'XO-IQ', and they have more personality in the tip of their pinky than you in your entire body. Alex and Darmala seem pretty cool, but you? No thanks. You can leave now.

Linc: Whatever, I'll get my way, just wait and see.

With that being said, Linc leaves the room. Ashley laughs at him as he closes the door behind him. Linc goes to Alex- and Darmala's dorm. When he enters the room, Jodi and Corki are still there.

Linc: Yo guys- Hold up. Why are you hanging out with the enemy?!

Jodi: Actually, we were just leaving!

Corki: We were?

Jodi: Yes, come on Corki.

Jodi and Corki leave the room, leaving L3 together.

Linc: Did you guys get any information?

Darmala: Nope.

Alex: Nothing!

Linc: Too bad. Well, I've come up with a new plan. We are going to try to get XO-IQ's manager on our side.

Alex: Manager...? Do you mean Ashley?

Darmala: Ashley is their manager?

Linc: Yes, she is. And we are going to get her on our side.

Alex: How?! She doesn't look like someone who would betray someone.

Linc: And that's why you guys are going to try to find information about her. Mostly bad thing!

Darmala: Wait, do you want to manipulate her into betraying XO-IQ?

Alex: Dude, those things only work in movies.

Linc: It's worth the try.

Alex: Come on, this is the worst plan ever.

Darmala: Alex is right. There's no way this is going to work.

Linc: Seriously, after everything I've done, you guys are just going to ditch me?! I thought L3 meant something to you guys.

Alex: L3 does mean something to us but...

Linc: But you'd both rather trade me for 2 girls. And in Darmala's case a girl that doesn't even like you.

Darmala: Okay, okay, I'll help. But only because L3 is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Alex: Well I guess if Darmala is in, *sighs* sure. But only to get equal with XO-IQ. I don't want my relationship to be ruined just because you had an argument with Sun Hi.

Linc: Yea, yea, whatever. Now go get info!
