CHAPTER 28: It's All Fun And Games

XO-IQ plays a game of monopoly before going to bed. The game didn’t take very long. The winner; Corki. She used having a big business man as father to her advantage.

Ashley: You guys go ahead; I’m going to get something to drink really quick. I saw a vending machine which sells Ice Tea and I’ve been wanting to buy it ever since!

Ashley leaves the room, Sun Hi, Jodi and Corki go into their bedrooms and Caleb gets his air mattress ready for the night. Ten minutes later Ashley gets back into the room. She opens and closes the door as silently as she can, because she knows Caleb could be sleeping already.

Caleb: You don’t have to be that silent, I’m still awake.

Ashley: Okay in that case; What a dumb vending machine! *sits down on the couch* First of all: The Ice Tea was really expensive! It was 3 dollars! And then it got stuck! I’m never going to use that vending machine ever again!

Caleb: Oh god… Did you get your Ice Tea though?

Ashley: That’s the worst part; I DIDN’T! There was no one around to help me shake the vending machine. Not a single person!

Caleb: That sucks… I’ll buy you some Ice Tea tomorrow.

Ashley: Thanks *smiles*

Caleb: So… there was something I wanted to ask you…

Ashley: Sure, what is it?

Caleb: Well, what I wanted to ask; Are we like, a thing? Because you know, we kind of kissed?

Ashley: As in, a ‘dating’ thing? I mean, if you want to… Yea, sure!

Caleb: Cool! Yea! Nice! *heavily nods*

Ashley: Yea! Well, I’m going to bed too. Good night!

Caleb: Good night!

After saying good night, they awkwardly wave and smile at each other a couple of times and then Ashley goes into her bedroom.

{writers note: It’s a short chapter, but yayyy Cashley (that’s their shipname besties) are officially a couple!! Now I’m going to celebrate by sleeping!}
