After school Dan and I had gone home to change before going to the gallery. Dan and I were unpacking boxes when Vanessa came in

"I have to meet Rufus at the storage space. He is stressing." Vanessa went to grab her things

"When is right eye twitches that when you have to break out the Valium." Dan comments in slight amusement

"Too late he's been winking non stop since lunch, the caterer thought he was hitting on him." A phone started to ring. I looked at mine but it was silent.

"Rosie, could you get that for me." I nodded and grabbed his phone

"It's Blair." I told him handing it over

"Since when is Blair Waldorf calling you?" Vanessa wondered

"I'm helping her with this thing. I gotta take this sorry." I went to go grab another box while Vanessa left. When I came back in Dan looked grossed out.

"Oh, Blair give you TMI?"

"Yeah, I feel the need to clean my ears out with bleach." I heard Serena's laugh, they were testing the mic.

"Oh that would be Serena coming for our meet up." Dan says.

"So what are you two doing?" I wonder

"Just coffee, she wanted to talk. You're still okay with that right?" I sigh

"Dan, I'm fine. I trust you, Serena meh but I trust you. Just go and stop asking me questions." I shoo him off, I loved that he was taking my feelings and reaction into account regarding his ex but sometimes it was OTT.

"Okay, Okay I will see you later." He brings me in for a kiss which I happily return.

The next day Serena brought Blair to the gallery to talk to Dan after the previous night with Chuck didn't go as planned.

"Blair Waldorf in Brooklyn? Are you two lost?" Dan wondered as he unpacked more boxes.

"Will you talk to her please?" Serena sighed as she guided her friend into the cafe.

"There is nothing to talk about. It's over." Blair protested

"She stopped listening to me. Maybe she'll listen to you." Serena suggested

"Um, sure." Dan agreed

"i'm gonna check out the art...In the art gallery . Talk" Serena shoved her friend towards her ex. Then went to find Aaron. Blair briefly explained what happened

"You two have been toying with each other forever. So you didn't win this one. Don't you think you might have to let this go?"

"This is diffrent" Blair insisted

"Why?" Dan questioned moving bottles around. Blair didn't say anything but saw her expression. "Do you love him?" Blair sighed

"Wow, someone loves Chuck Bass."

"I don't know. I just...I..I don't understand how it got to this place."

"When I told Rose that I loved her it was terrifying. I never felt so exposed. Probably because it was in front of her family and my ex. But the feeling i got when she told me how she felt about me was probably the single greatest moment in my life."

"Wait, she hasn't said it back?"

"Not in so many words. But that is the thing, I know that she is struggling to say it because in her head she is going to say or do something I won't agree with and I won't love her anymore. Which is ridiculous." he addressed it the brushed it off

"Why do you say that?"

"I know who she is. Both before and after her accident. All the things she thinks will turn me away actually draw me in because she's honest about it. She doesn't hide the fact that if someone pisses her off or someone hurts those she cares about she will fight back, even if they don't want her too." he explained

"But if I say it he wins and if he wins then I'll just be another girl to him."

"You don't know if that's true. You have to decide what's important to you. Keeping your pride and getting nothing or taking a risk and maybe, maybe having everything."

"Ugh my brother is so annoying. He actually started to lecture me about dating you. I swear I wanted to just twist his arm pin him to the floor till he yielded." Rose came sauntering in " Oh hi, Blair, everything okay? Is it my brother again because you just give the word and will happily show him a few MMA moves."  Dan gave an I told you so look.

"He's your brother." Blair commented "And you fight all the time."

"I know, but he's annoying and a hypocrite. Besides he usually starts it." Rose pouts like a child. "Are you sure you want my brother?"

"I'm gonna go, thanks for the advice. Bye Rosie." Rose turned to Dan

"Did I say something wrong?"

"I don't think so." he shrugged
